Stemwinder Chalet by Simply Kimberley | Golf Group Dream Property w/ Shuttles
Kimberley's most luxurious vacation rental - the Stemwinder Chalet. This beautifully furnished 3500 sq foot luxury chalet is located 400m from the main chairlift and is the perfect property for family ski gatherings and golf groups. During winter, the chalet comes with two ski lockers for our client's use - leave your skis and stroll over with coffee in hand!
The Stemwinder Chalet is a six-bedroom, four-bathroom gem. The upper floor has three bedrooms and a full bathroom - queen bed in upper bedroom #1, two twins in upper bedroom #2 and a queen in upper bedroom #3. The main floor has the master bedroom with a private door out to the back deck with an eight-person Hot Springs brand hot tub; a king bed and a large double sink ensuite bathroom. The lower level has two bedrooms; each with queen size log bunk bed, a TV/games room with a ping pong table, a 65" UHD TV with Netflix and Telus Optik and a 4-person steam room.
The open living room is accented with locally sourced larch timber posts and a wood-burning fireplace. A dining table for twelve paired with a fully equipped kitchen and peninsula seating for six makes meal preparation an inclusive event.
NOTE: the Stemwinder Chalet is located on the main access to the ski-hill, Stemwinder Drive, which is zoned for both residential and tourist accommodation. We have full-time resident neighbours on both sides and their rights to quiet time need to be respected. This is not a party house and no outside noise is permitted after 11 pm. Having fun with your friends and family is encouraged, but no after-hours, loud parties outside in the hot tub, please.

Stemwinder Drive is the main entrance to Kimberley Alpine Resort base area. The neighbours along the street are a mix of full and part-time residents. Please note the next door neighbours are full-time residents and noise levels must be kept to a minimum after 11pm. No party groups permitted. Note, you can cross country ski from the back door over to Trickle Creek golf course where XC skiing is permitted.
The Stemwinder Chalet has access to the neighbouring paths and the many biking and hiking trails of Kimberley, BC. The property itself is accessed through the front door, basement back entrance or the garage door.
The space is nothing short of amazing. The main support post has an eight-foot circumference - this locally sourced larch is amazing.
Ski hill shuttle is available during winter. Or, Simply Kimberley runs a small fleet of charter vehicles.

Size, Age, Number of Pets:
• Pet-friendly properties accept one dog weighing under one-hundred (100) pounds and at
least one (1) year old, with a maximum of one (1) dog per property. Visiting pets are not
• No Cats Allowed unless specifically requested and approved by Simply Kimberley.
Nightly Pet Fee:
• A $25.00/night fee per pet will apply to each reservation that includes a dog.
• This fee does not cover damage to the property or grounds resulting from a dog,
including but not limited to; excessive pet hair, chewing, scratching, digging,
unreported housetraining accidents or urine/defecation on the back deck.
