The apartment building is really nice. Definitely keep nice and clean with safety precautions to help fight with this virus. However the apartment itself was a different story. The view was far from a Waterview. The apartment looked as if it had not been cleaned we had to go get detergent to was the linen ourselves. The carpet and mattress was horribly dirty. Dry egg was on the ceiling and cabinet. The walls need painting as well as food of some sort was wiped across the wall. The fire alarm was missing as well. This unit could use some real cleaning and attention. Wasnt happy about this at all and I reached out to the in town hero who was working with me yet he didn't respond to my message about the cleanliness of the unit. I messaged the company who only advise was to contact the in town hero. Also parking was a nightmare 😫

Lovely place , great location, and wonderful views of the capital from the apartment. The only draw back is parking ; I will probably not rent car when I go back because you are in walking distance to the Wharf and other attractions.
