Comfortable and spacious
Cleaning is a must... apartment was visible clean however after getting settled in I ended up cleaning the apartment thoroughly as their was hair on the floor and bathroom and the floors weren’t mopped. Check in was a hassle as I was not aware of the process and almost lost my reservation due to traffic delay which I had no control of. Please advise customers of the eta policy as this is not how most rentals or hotels manage their properties. Overall, the apartment was super comfortable and spacious. I will definitely consider staying again.

Absolutely appalling customer service. Booked Waterfront apartments in Washington DC.
These are the comments I have left Booking.com. In summary SoBe placed myself , my family and friends into accomodation that was not as booked. Unbelievably poor service which had a majorly bad effect on our holiday. I had booked an apartment in Washington DC for 2 nights in a luxory 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, lounge, full kitchen, washer/dryer, with concierge reception and vista views across the site's of DC.  On the day of check in I received 4 different emails with conflicting information regarding the apartment and room location. I picked up the keys from a seven eleven store as per the email, not the concierge reception as per my booking. Then I was unable to locate the property from the details provided by SoBe as it was not in the road or postcode that they stated. I tried several locations and asked the help of several businesses in the area, one of them being a bail hostel in the area! Eventually the last person was able to direct me and my group to a different location and road to the one that was supplied. This took several hours at which time my family and friends were stood on a street with luggage in area that in our opinion as less than safe. Once inside the basement apartment in a residential block, it became very apparent that the facility was not as described or booked. It was not even close. There were screaming children running around the stairways, dogs barking and running in the block, load music being played from several locations, this was completely different to the instructions from SoBe which stated that you have to be thoughtful to other residents and ensure that you do not disturb them or make any noise! The facility had 1 very small bathroom, 2 small bedrooms, 1 half kitchen without washing machine and dryer and a small lounge/diner..  There was also several items that were unclean/missing, including half used bathroom products.  The facility was obviously not as I had booked and not anywhere near  equivalent in quality, location or space..  Immediately I contacted the head office by finding a number on the internet as the help line number just stated that I should contact head office for a discount, even though I clearly stated that the accomodation was not as booked, fit for purpose and in the wrong location. The immediate response form head office was that there was nothing they could do as there was no other accomodation available and that we would have to stay there. There was then a couple of hours of further discussion between myself and head office until a new accomodation was found and offered, this after I repeatedly requested to discuss the issue further with a supervisor for an immediate solution to the issue. This after being told several times there is nothing that could be done   I was then offered a new accomodation in the original location and to the standard that was booked. This was accepted by myself and my distressed family and friends, at which point we were given 45 minutes to find a taxi cab, return the keys and get to the new location.  On arriving at the new offered location a rep of the company met us to make sure that the accomodation was appropriate, which it was. The two locations and facilities could not be compared on any level. This was extremely distressing on my family and friends who had been looking forward to this short break in DC. We lost several hours of our 3 day break, cost of multiple taxis, cost of calls to the US from a UK mobile phone and overall a concern on our safety when at the original location. All this to eventually end up in similar accomodation and location to that that which was originally booked.  Since this time there has been no contact from SoBe to explain their issues or to offer any form of apology/explanation or compensation. In my and my groups opinion, your company tried to place us into sub standard accomodation so far removed from our original booking that we were left in a state of anxiety with little to no help.
