House Rules

Damage Deposit: You explicitly agree to pay for all damages beyond normal wear & tear, including but not limited to extensive cleaning, lost or stolen items within the home, resort damages/fines. This may be charged to credit card on file.

Guest must provide a copy of their passport and for all guests, as well as a copy of the credit card used to book their reservation that corresponds with the name on the reservation.

Max 12 guests.

Guest must be 25 to book.

The total #of persons allowed at any time is restricted to the # of people registered on the rental agreement. Renter must disclose the names of all persons in his party. Management may refuse entry or expel persons not named as members of Renter’s party.

If the max occupancy is exceeded or unidentified/unconfirmed occupancy, stay eviction without refund is the penalty. A respectful atmosphere must be maintained at all times. No parties, weddings or gatherings are allowed without prior written permission.

Renter may not engage in any activities that disturb the quiet enjoyment of others.

Smoking: You are renting a smoke free home. Smoking is prohibited within the home and on the premises.

Drinking/Drugs: no drugs are permitted on the premises, nor excessive alcohol consumption.

Pets: Pets are not allowed.

Guests: Day guests that are not registered guests of the home are prohibited unless there is express permission granted. Absolutely no prostitutes allowed on the premises.

Cleaning: The tenant agrees to leave the Property in good condition. The home will be cleaned prior to your arrival, daily, and post departure. Guest will be charged if excessive cleaning is required.

Security: Guests are solely responsible for their personal property during occupancy. A safe is provided within the home; please use it for passports, cash and other valuables, but no liability is assumed by the Owners or representatives.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations or changes that are made within 90 days of arrival date forfeit all advance payments. Cancellations more than 90 days in advance of arrival forfeit half of their monies paid. Failure to pay balance by the due date forfeits all advance payments and deposits, and cancels the reservation.
