Amenities abound: terraced rooms with individually-controlled AC; the main veranda off the living room offers a 36” gas grill, wet bar and dining area with views worthy of royalty.

Neighborhood

The home is within the resort gates of Peninsula Papagayo in Guanacaste, which is also home to the Four Seasons, Andaz, and the Ritz Carlton Reserve (opening 2024). It is approx. 30 minutes from the LIR (Guanacaste) airport.

Access

As the homeowner's guest, you have access to the resort. You also have access to the private Prieta Beach Club (guests responsible for access fee when they go), and to the Arnold Palmer Ocean course, and tennis and pickleball courts near the pro shop.

Space

The condo is in a low volume condo complex of just 16 condos. There are 2 common pools within the condo complex and you are free to use either (likely you will use the closest one).

Transit

Our concierge can arrange transportation from the airport to your home, as well as coordinate a rental golf cart or rental car for your use during your stay (paid separately).

Note: . Guests have access to the amazing and private Prieta Beach Club, and Guests are responsible for paying the $50+vat/person/day access fee on days that you go to the Prieta Beach Club. This is payable directly to the Prieta Beach Club. Fee is subject to change at the discretion of the Club.
