Neighborhood

The house is conveniently located less than 10 min drive to Juno Beach Park (free parking, restrooms, showers, picnic area). It is also only 15 mins from downtown West Palm Beach and 15 miles from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI).

The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, consists mostly of single family houses.

The nearby Downtown shops and restaurants are wonderful. They offer complimentary valet parking during the week, beautiful shops, a lot of restaurants, lots of parking spaces, nighttime entertainment, nice movie theater, carousel and train rides for kids, and a big Whole Foods.

This recently-upgraded home has three private bedrooms and can accommodate up to six guests comfortably for undisturbed sleep.

The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, beautifully tiled floors, artwork and decor that reflects the most beautiful birds in a tropical jungle. The pops of blue and red throughout the room, along with the wood accents and soft lighting, make this a comfortable and stylish place to relax. This bedroom has a flat-screen TV, modern dresser, and two large windows. The master retreat also has a private bathroom.

The second bedroom is bright but cozy and features a Queen size bed, two nightstands, decorative light fixtures, and bright and bold accent pieces. This mostly white room has pops of yellow and black, beach-themed artwork, and is just steps from the family bathroom.

The third bedroom also has a Queen size bed, high-end linens, and a tropical island decor. A bright blue and green comforter adds style and personality to the room, and a large window allows for plenty of natural light. This room also has a large closet hidden behind sliding mirrored doors.

I will provide shampoo, soap, fresh bed sheets, new towels, coffee, closet space, Free Cable TV and WiFi internet access. After every guest the house will be professionally cleaned and sanitized.

Barbeque Gas Grill
The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Should the grill be in unsatisfactory condition upon checkout, a $100 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.

House Rules

1.Smoking is NOT allowed inside the House. Guests shall not smoke in the House and shall advise their visitors to also not smoke in the House. Guests shall ensure that visitors comply with all the provisions of this contract that could pertain to them.
2.Minors under the age of 18 shall be accompanied by adult parent(s) or guardian(s).
3.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.
4.Your Host is not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Guests are requested to exercise care to preserve the state of the house, its contents, plants, shrubs, and surroundings as they would for their own property. As a general rule the Property should be left in the condition in which it was found.
6.Guests shall respect the residential character of the neighborhood and act with propriety.
7.Guests shall immediately report any problems they may discover to the Owners.
8.Children shall be supervised all times in and around the pool.
9.Guests shall ensure that the side gate to the yard and pool is locked at all times when not in use.
10.Guests shall not adjust any of the settings for the filter, pump, heater, and timer.
11.The BBQ is equipped with a propane tank. It is not re-filled by the Owners at the start of each reservation. The Guests may fill it at their cost.
12.Key lock-box code shall be communicated to the Guests just prior to the check-in date.
13.Registered Guests agree to be held jointly and severally liable for the costs required to repair any damage that exceeds the amount of the damage deposit or the Property Damage Insurance protection level, including loss of use.
14.Only use appliances for their intended uses
15.Pets are NOT allowed.
16.Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in the driveway or on the grass right in front of the house between the sidewalk and the road. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
17.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
18.Storms: If there is a storm or hurricane, no refunds will be given unless:
•The state or local authorities order mandatory evacuations in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area" and/or
•A "mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning" area of residence of a vacationing guest.
•The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
19.GUEST PROMISES: 1) Not to act in a loud, boisterous, unruly or thoughtless manner or disturb the rights of neighbors to peace and quiet, or allow his/her guests to do so; 2) to use the home only as a private residence, and not to engage in any activity or allow any condition that is illegal or dangerous or which would cause a cancellation, restriction, or increase in premium in Host’s Homeowners insurance.
20.GUEST PROMISES: Not to damage or misuse the home provided by Host or allow his/her guests to do so; that when GUEST moves out, the home will be left in good condition.
21.GUEST PROMISES: to inform Host IMMEDIATELY if there are any issues with the home. ESPECIALLY with any water leakage or other typical home maintenance issue that may cause substantial damage to the home if not remedied immediately.
22.MOVE OUT OF THE HOME: GUEST will move out of the home when this rental agreement ends. If GUEST doesn’t move out after this rental agreement ends, GUEST will be liable to Host for any resulting losses including rent and court costs.


Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 60 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid less 4% to account for Credit Card Processing transaction fees. If they cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in, they'll get back 50% less 4% to account for Credit Card Processing transaction fees. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.
