Two back to back cabins Minutes from the Ski Lodge, restaurants, snowmobile rental & trails, ATV and mountain biking rental and trails. Brian Head Lake. Easy access to Zion National Park, Bryce and the Grand Canyon. Just a few miles from both Panguitch Lake and Duck Creek Village. Cedar City and the Utah Shakespearean Festival just 30 miles away.

We have two Huge cabins back to back. This is the perfect family reunion site in a beautiful high mountain setting. Wooded Cabins together sleep 38 in beds! Allow up to 50 with young ones!

Two cabins combined sleep 38 in beds and we allow up to 50 max at the homes if the additional are little ones sleeping in cribs or on their parents floors.

The cabins are on an acre of forested land with a children's play area in the middle.
There are two firepits --one at each cabin. The two cabins also have individual listings if you just need one of them.

Space

These gorgeous homes sleep 38 in beds and we allow up to 50 people as long as the additional are young children. This is included at these rates. Both homes have pool tables, plenty of parking, and are on forested acreage with a children's play area. Close to ski slopes, Cedar Breaks Lodge restaurants, Georg's Ski & Bike shop, Thunder Mountain ATV rentals, fishing, hiking, mountain biking and all Brian Head activities.

Large garages at both cabins plus multiple parking space in front of each. Free ski shuttle pick up at each cabin -just call to reserve.

Notes

Please note we have all guests sign a separate rental agreement outside of AirBnB. Please ask for details prior to booking. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. No parties allowed. We cater to families.

House Rules

No parties or groups other than the number and ages listed at reservation
We do not rent to groups of young adults. We specialize in family or business rental.
You must be at least 25 years old to rent and the majority of your group must be over 25, or children.
Park in the 2 spaces provided in the garage or in driveway. No parking on the. streets or on the yard or lawns. Talk to owners about specifics if more parking is needed.
There will be enough toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, etc. stocked for a 2-3 days, depending on the size of your group.You may need to bring those items with you if you plan a longer stay.
Basic cleaning supplies are provided for your stay.
If there is a washer and dryer, they are available for your use, however detergent may not be provided.
Check out list must be followed including:
Dishes cleaned and basic counter top wipe up
ALL Garbage disposed out of home
ANY moved furniture replaced to original location
You will be charged to replace any furniture that is damaged. It is very difficult and for some things impossible to get repairmen to the remote location.

If any Bedding, Sheets, rags, Towels or any other item in the home is found missing after you leave you will be charged the cost of replacement. Pelase dont steal and leave our stuff in the home.

The Early Check-In or Late Check-Out options allow for an extra hour for each. ie - Check-In at 4pm and Check-Out at 11am

Cancellation Policy

Our policy is strict. A reservation is non-refundable except in an emergency. We will reschedule you as needed. If your dates rebook, they are then refundable.
