You are renting a self catering unit however the owner, Lucyna, is on hand to assist you at the property. We will provide you with directions to the property, can arrange scooter & car rental and provide local tips and suggestions.

Neighborhood

Walk 600m down hill to the beach at Porto Ioannis, hike to Pachia Ammos nearby, drive 10mins or take the bus to downtown Chora. The beachside village has a mini market, cafes, tavernas and beach clubs.

Access

Your apartment is within a complex of 12 studios and apartments. Please note this is not a hotel, each apartment is self catering so after you check in, there is no further replenishment of amenities The swimming pool is shared and has plenty of space for lounging. Free parking on site.

Like many traditional Greek villages built into a hillside, our apartments are about a 10 minute walk to the beach down hill on your way there, 20 mins UP hill on your way back. It’s a fantastic way of keeping your figure while enjoying all that delicious Greek food but those with small children may prefer to rent a car – we are more than happy to assist you with this.

Transit

A local bus service runs from the beach to Chora and nearby beaches.
Please note the property is located up the hill from the beach so if walking in the heat is not your thing, we recommend rental of a car or scooter.

Notes

Please note the pool & BBQ area are shared among the guests and as this is not a hotel, there are no staff servicing these areas. Due to the wind, sometimes there will be leaves blown into the pool so guests are encouraged to use the pool skimmer to remove them as needed throughout the day.

There is a washing machine on site and laundry service can be arranged with Lucyna for a fee.

Cancellation policy
Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
