Sunset View Hotel by West Paradise is a Self Check In Hotel, where the guest accesses the apartment independently, through an application.

Apartment 202 is strategically located in the Boquerón sector, Cabo Rojo. Very close to some of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, as well as several well-known tourist attractions and a few meters from El Poblado de Boquerón.

Apartment 202 is located on the second floor of the Hotel and is entitled to only 1 parking space.

• 25 minute drive to Playuela Beach ("Playa Sucia"), which has been voted one of the best Beaches in the Caribbean.
• 30 minutes by car to Playa de Combate.
• 30-40 minutes at the Mayagüez Zoo.
• Nearby cities Mayagüez (15 min by car from the Mayagüez Shopping Center), Rincón and Guánica.

Access

Self check-in available for your convenience. Instructions will be provided for entering the apartment and amenities areas.

Access to the apartment will be controlled from the “August” application. We recommend downloading and signing up to the app before arrival.

Key Card for the gates of the building, as well as beeper for the parking area are on the TV table.

Notes

Unit 202 is entitled to only 1 parking space and is NOT negotiable.

Parking is located right next to the hotel. For your comfort and that of all guests, please park your car without blocking any other vehicle or the entrance to the parking lot.

Parking is only permitted in front of the hotel upon arrival and departure during your stay and only for the strictly reasonable time it takes to load/unload your belongings. Vehicles parked in front of the Hotel are NOT allowed or it will entail a fine of $100.00.

House Rules

Fines for violation of these rules: - $50.00 Extras - The maximum capacity indicated per apartment includes children and is NOT negotiable. $50.00 dollars will be charged per night per additional person to the maximum capacity of the apartment. - $75.00 Extras - Pool towels and bath towels will be provided in the apartment. It is completely forbidden to remove these towels from our facilities. A fine of $75.00 will be charged for each towel full of beach sand, damaged and/or taken outside the Hotel facilities. - $100.00 Extras - Vehicles parked in front of the Hotel are NOT allowed, except for a reasonable time to load and unload your belongings. A fine of $100.00 will be charged for vehicles parked in front of the Hotel. - $300.00 Extras - Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments or around the Hotel. Failure to comply with this rule will result in a fine of $200.00 and we have security cameras 24/7. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Additional rules: - We pay the most expensive light in the world, we thank you in advance to turn off the air conditioning every time everyone leaves the apartment. - Access to the hotel facilities is for the exclusive use of registered guests. The entry of people not included in the reservation is not allowed. - Pool hours are from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. -Use the pool at your own risk. Sunset View Hotel by West Paradise will not be, in any case, responsible for injuries sustained while using the pool facilities. Be sure to follow the rules posted in the pool area. - Please be considerate of other guests and avoid unreasonable noise levels at all times. The hours of absolute tranquility begin at 10:00 pm. - Be careful with children going up or down stairs. As the children's parents, guardians or companions, you are personally and legally responsible for and must supervise them at all times. - In the exclusive parking area, the entry of motorized vessels such as jet skis, boats, etc. is not allowed. - This apartment is equipped with kitchen utensils, dishes and glassware. Before leaving, please wash all dishes and dispose of trash in the bins in the designated area outside.

Our Cancelation policy is moderate. A full refund is made up to 5 days before check in.
