The apartment also benefits from access to the original gardens of the square. The apartment is for hosting a single adult or couple. Maximum two guests.

Located in the heart of the city in a prime location, you can walk to everything of interest in Brighton. We chose this apartment as it is one of the oldest Regency squares to appreciate the history and architecture of Regency Brighton, and at the same time, provides access to contemporary Brighton for sightseeing, events, conferences, concerts, theatre, and shopping. The beach and promenade is one minute's walk where you can swim, play volleyball, walk, cycle (pay-as-you-go bicycles to rent), skateboard, fish, paddleboard and many other activities depending on the time of year. We love that Brighton has all-year-round events, a wide choice of shopping, both mainstream and independent shops, history and architecture, an outstanding music scene, and restaurants and cafes to suit all budgets and tastes. It is fun, vibrant, creative and genuinely offers something for everyone. For the central location, most of the time, the apartment is surprisingly quiet. However, please expect urban noise, especially at weekends (you may hear some noise from the famous Regency Tavern on Saturday lunchtime and Friday or Saturday evening - restricted to 3 hours). Please note there are currently building renovations behind the Hilton Hotel in late 2022/early 2023, and there may be noise, especially on weekdays n this area.

The apartment is on the ground floor level.
There are a small number of days in the year where guests will be provided with key box access rather than meet and greet service. Guests are provided with an access code to collect the keys from the key box at the property. The property manager remains available to you by phone or What's App, and the owner is available by email or messaging through the website.
Entering from the street to the building front door and communal hall/stairway, the private apartment entrance is the first door on the right.
You will enter a hall and cloakroom area where you can hang coats.
The lounge is located at the front of the apartment, with windows to the street and garden square. Furnished with a sofa, television, desk and chair, coffee table, decorative fireplace, and a small foldable table with four folding chairs for dining. The sofa doubles as a sofa bed and is suitable for one adult or a teenager (an extra guest fee applies, please let us know on booking, so we understand your requirements to prepare bed linen).
The bedroom is located off the hall and has a king-size bed, wardrobes on either side of the bed. There is a cubby hole on either side of the bed to place your book, phone, or drink and bedside lights. There is a full-length mirror in the bedroom. Window and blind to provide either daylight or blackout.
At the end of the hall, there is a well equipped, contemporary galley style kitchen with a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, microwave and fridge freezer. We provide a small number of basic amenities - coffee, tea, sugar, oil, salt, pepper, milk. There is a window giving daylight.
Off the kitchen is the luxury bathroom, which provides a roll-top bath with a shower mixer, a walk-in shower, sink, mirror, toilet. Hotel quality towels are provided for your use in the apartment, and hotel type toiletries are provided for your arrival. There is also an iron, an ironing board stored for your use, and access to an emergency first aid kit. For safety reasons, there is no shaver or electrical toothbrush socket. However, we provide a shaver two in British adapter plugs in the kitchen or bedroom wall socket.
The apartment is centrally heated with an easy to use Hive control system.
