Featuring a modern cabin style, fully equip kitchen with all the essentials and a large living room with plenty of space to relax and get together with friends and family. Outdoors you will find your own private hot-tub, a cozy screened in porch, decking for your enjoyment, and a grill.

Community Amenities offer tennis courts, basketball courts, rec field, tot-lot and hiking trails.
Memorial Day through Labor Day the community pool, hot tub, and kiddy pool are available.
Access
After booking, Mountainside Getaways will email you directly our rental agreement. The rental agreement must be submitted back prior to receiving the arrival instructions. Please be sure to have your arrival instructions prior to traveling as GPS is not always the most reliable in our area and we want to assure you have all the information to have an easy and smooth checking and a fantastic stay!
Space
Along with a private hot tub, you will also have access to the communities seasonal hot tub and in ground pool (open memorial day-labor day) and year round you'll have access to the community tennis and basketball courts, tot-lot, rec-field, and on-site hiking trails.
2 steps to the front door, nice larger porch with a charcoal grill and outdoor seating. The main level offers the kitchen, living room, dining area, 2 full bedrooms (first- king bed, second- queen bed) and 2 bathrooms (1 with a bathtub and shower combo and 2- with a shower).
The lower level offers a family room with access directly to the hit tub and a full bedroom with 2 twin beds.

Notes
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, accidental damage protection is part of your booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
*Rental agreement must be submitted to our company prior to receiving access information.
*Booking guests must be 25 yrs old or older to book and accept the rental agreement.
*This cabin is pet friendly. We do have a pet fee and our county and community does have a leash law. All pets and owners must abide by the pet policy in our rental agreement and our areas leash law.
* This cabin is located in a beautiful and peaceful community. We ask all our guests to please respect others with the community guidelines so we all can keep this community great!
PROPER BEHAVIOR FOR MOUNTAINSIDE RENTALS
When renting in the private community, “Coolfont Mountainside" please note the following rules and regs associated with the community. Any complaints or issues reported with any of the following below will result in being charged accordingly.
*Noise- quiet hours are from dark until 8:00am. We ask that you are mindful of other cabins and guests especially after dark. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents. Please be mindful of neighboring cabins with noise especially after dark. Loud parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise and/or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB, Pellet or Paintball Guns.
*Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and in the event of fireworks being used in the community, you will be required to vacate the property without a refund and will be fined accordingly.
*Outdoor Firepits- No fires are to be started with out being inside proper fire-pits with a fire resistant lid on the fire at all times and in accordance with CMA guidelines and regs. If the property rented does not have a proper fire-pit, outdoor fire is not permitted. Open fires will result in a min of $500 fine
*Lights- Exterior lights must be turned off by 11:00 pm.
*Vehicles- absolutely no ATV’s are to be ridden in the community, RV’s/campers are not to be parked in the driveways and no more than 4 vehicles are permitted in the driveways (overflowed parking is Available, please contact in advance for information)
*Trash policy-
Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all of their trash including recycling items.
All trash/recycling items must be bagged in appropriate (13 gallon bags or larger) trash bags and placed in proper outdoor locations prior to departure. No small bags, pet bags, or grocery bags are to be left in trash bin.
Failure to properly bag (kitchen size bags or larger only) and/or remove all garbage/recyclables from the cabin will result in assessment of additional charges not less than $200.00.
The trash bin is located at the end of the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/distraction doesn’t occur.

*Mountainside Getaways offers a starter supply packet of items for your convenience. These items are just a "starter supply" please note if your stay is extended, we recommend you bring additional supplies if you feel you will need them. Extended stay package of supplies can be purchased in advance if requested. Please contact in advance in order to assure these additional items can be provided.
*Hot Tub- This cabin does have a private hot tub. We ask that you are respectful of our hot tub rules. Absolutely no soaps or oils are to be added to the hot tub, no trash or debris are to be put/left in the hot tub, and we ask that the hot tub cover is kept on the hot tub when not in use. All hot tub information is listed in our rental agreement and we ask that all guidelines are followed.

Cancellation Policy
A $25 processing fee will be charged for all canceled reservations.
Reservations canceled 30 days prior to check-in will be fully refunded, minus the processing fee.
Cancellations 15-30 days prior to check-in will result in a 50% refund.
Cancellations within 15 days of check-in will be nonrefundable.
There are no refunds for early checkouts.
If booking through a booking platform such as AirBNB, Homeaway, VRBO, and other locations, please note that those platforms have their own cancellation policies and any cancellation will have to go through the platform you booked on.
