Wonderful WV wooded views from inside and out. Restful retreat awaits you in our cozy cabin. Newly renovated with a fully equip kitchen, open concept living space with views, and a game room. Community features on-site hiking trails, community tennis and basketball courts, tot-lot, rec field, and Memorial Day-Labor Day a community in ground pool and hot tub. Located 4 miles to downtown Berkeley Springs, less than 1 mile to the Treetop restaurant, and 5 miles to the Cacapon State Park.

Cabin is located in Coolfont Mountainside Community which offers year round, on site hiking trails, rec field, tot-lot, basketball and tennis courts, and Memorial Day-Labor Day the community hot tub and pool are available for use.

Access
Guests will have access to the entire property. Property Manager will be available if needed.
After booking- you will receive our rental agreement. It will be emailed directly to you from our internal platform, bookerville. Once agreed upon and submitted back, you will receive your arrival instructions which will include directions and access to the cabin. Access will be self check in for your safety.
Space
Tamarack is a newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 full bath cabin in the woods. Fully equip with all the amenities needed to get away from it all and still feel right at home.
The main level offers views and easy access to the front door, with a ramp entrance and main level amenities, bedrooms and bathrooms. Outdoors there is a large deck with outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill. The lower level offers a game room with a Foosball table, large tv and plenty of seating.

*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, accidental damage protection is part of your booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. Airbnb bookings will reflect this fee under the "Linen Charge" as there isn't a category line for the protection fee.
*Rental agreement must be submitted to our company prior to receiving access information.
*Booking guests must be 25 yrs old or older to book and accept the rental agreement.
*This cabin is NOT pet friendly. Pets brought onsite will be subject to a fee and the pet will be required to leave the cabin immediately.
* This cabin is located in a beautiful and peaceful community. We ask all our guests to please respect others with the community guidelines so we all can keep this community great!
PROPER BEHAVIOR FOR MOUNTAINSIDE RENTALS
When renting in the private community, “Coolfont Mountainside" please note the following rules and regs associated with the community. Any complaints or issues reported with any of the following below will result in being charged accordingly.
*Noise- quiet hours are from dark until 8:00am. We ask that you are mindful of other cabins and guests especially after dark. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents. Please be mindful of neighboring cabins with noise especially after dark. Loud parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise and/or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB, Pellet or Paintball Guns.
*Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and in the event of fireworks being used in the community, you will be required to vacate the property without a refund and will be fined accordingly.
*Outdoor Firepits- No fires are to be started with out being inside proper fire-pits with a fire resistant lid on the fire at all times and in accordance with CMA guidelines and regs. If the property rented does not have a proper fire-pit, outdoor fire is not permitted. Open fires will result in a min of $500 fine
*Lights- Exterior lights must be turned off by 11:00 pm.
*Vehicles- absolutely no ATV’s are to be ridden in the community, RV’s/campers are not to be parked in the driveways and no more than 4 vehicles are permitted in the driveways (overflowed parking is Available, please contact in advance for information)
*Trash policy-
Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all of their trash including recycling items.
All trash/recycling items must be bagged in appropriate (13 gallon bags or larger) trash bags and placed in proper outdoor locations prior to departure. No small bags, pet bags, or grocery bags are to be left in trash bin.
Failure to properly bag (kitchen size bags or larger only) and/or remove all garbage/recyclables from the cabin will result in assessment of additional charges not less than $200.00.
The trash bin is located at the end of the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/distraction doesn’t occur.
*This cabin does have outdoor video surveillance when not rented. The camera system is installed for the cabin's safety as it is located in the woods and the risk of a tree falling or an animal getting into the trash bin can happen and we want to stay alert on any damages that could occur while vacant. No indoor surveillance exists and all exterior camera's are turned off when occupied for your privacy!

*Mountainside Getaways offers a starter supply packet of items for your convenience. These items are just a "starter supply" please note if your stay is extended, we recommend you bring additional supplies if you feel you will need them. Extended stay package of supplies can be purchased in advance if requested. Please contact in advance in order to assure these additional items can be provided.
