Description
Idyllife is an uniquely designed spacious Cabin. Situated less than 4 miles from downtown Berkeley Springs. The cabin offers 3 levels, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a loft, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 2 living rooms, the main level living room features soaring windows showing off the views all year round and a fireplace. Outdoors features an oversized deck with lots of seating, a grill, and a private hot tub. Community amenities are also available with hiking trails, tennis courts, and more.

Community amenities include the on site hiking trails, tennis and basketball courts, rec field, tot-lot, and Memorial Day-labor Day access to the community pool and shared hot tub are available.
Access
After booking and once we receive your email address we will send you our rental agreement. It will be emailed directly to you from our direct booking site. Once agreed upon and submitted back, you will receive your arrival instructions prior to your stay, which will include directions and access to the cabin.
Access will be self check in for your safety.
All rental agreement policies must be followed.

Pet Friendly, Private Hot Tub
Idyllife is situated on the mountainside only 4 miles from downtown Berkeley Springs. The cabin features three levels, four bedrooms, and three bathrooms.
On the main level you will find a bedroom with a full size bed, full bath, fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, and a spacious living room with soaring windows showing off the views all year round and a sunken conversation area with a wood burning fireplace.
The upper level of the cabin offers the loft with a futon bed, a private bedroom with a king bed, and a full bathroom. The lowest level offers two bedrooms, one with a bunk bed (both bunks have full size beds and a twin trundle) and the second with a king bed and private patio access to the hot tub. This level also offers an additional living room with a T.V. and two futons, offering sleeping for 4 guests. Inside you'll also find lots of books, games, and puzzles on hand for your enjoyment.
Outdoors features an oversized deck with lots of seating, a grill, and a private hot tub. Within the community and just a short distance from the cabin you will have access to the "blue" and "white" hiking trails and Coolfont Mountainside's tennis and basketball courts, tot-lot, recreation field. Memorial Day-Labor Day, included in your stay, you will have passes to enjoy the community inground swimming pool and hot tub. You needn’t go far for good food and drinks - the Coolfont Treetop Restaurant and Berkeley Springs Brewery are right outside the community (Less than 1 Mile). More dining, shopping, and entertainment are minutes away in downtown Berkeley Springs. Aloft is also only minutes from the Cacapon Resort State Park, which offers golfing on a course designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr., miles of hiking trails of varying difficulty, horseback riding, swimming, fishing, boating, and more.

*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, accidental damage protection is part of your booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay. Airbnb bookings will reflect this fee under the "Linen Charge" as there isn't a category line for the protection fee.
*Rental agreement must be submitted to our company prior to receiving access information.
*Booking guests must be 25 yrs old or older to book and accept the rental agreement.
*This cabin is pet friendly. We do have a pet fee and our county and community does have a leash law. All pets and owners must abide by the pet policy in our rental agreement and our areas leash law.
* This cabin is located in a beautiful and peaceful community. We ask all our guests to please respect others with the community guidelines so we all can keep this community great!
PROPER BEHAVIOR FOR MOUNTAINSIDE RENTALS
When renting in the private community, “Coolfont Mountainside" please note the following rules and regs associated with the community. Any complaints or issues reported with any of the following below will result in being charged accordingly.
*Noise- quiet hours are from dark until 8:00am. We ask that you are mindful of other cabins and guests especially after dark. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents. Please be mindful of neighboring cabins with noise especially after dark. Loud parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise and/or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB, Pellet or Paintball Guns.
*Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and in the event of fireworks being used in the community, you will be required to vacate the property without a refund and will be fined accordingly.
*Outdoor Firepits- No fires are to be started with out being inside proper fire-pits with a fire resistant lid on the fire at all times and in accordance with CMA guidelines and regs. If the property rented does not have a proper fire-pit, outdoor fire is not permitted. Open fires will result in a min of $500 fine
*Lights- Exterior lights must be turned off by 11:00 pm.
*Vehicles- absolutely no ATV’s are to be ridden in the community, RV’s/campers are not to be parked in the driveways and no more than 4 vehicles are permitted in the driveways (overflowed parking is Available, please contact in advance for information)
*Trash policy-
Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all of their trash including recycling items.
All trash/recycling items must be bagged in appropriate (13 gallon bags or larger) trash bags and placed in proper outdoor locations prior to departure. No small bags, pet bags, or grocery bags are to be left in trash bin.
Failure to properly bag (kitchen size bags or larger only) and/or remove all garbage/recyclables from the cabin will result in assessment of additional charges not less than $200.00.
The trash bin is located in the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/distraction doesn’t occur.

*Mountainside Getaways offers a starter supply packet of items for your convenience. These items are just a "starter supply" please note if your stay is extended, we recommend you bring additional supplies if you feel you will need them. Extended stay package of supplies can be purchased in advance if requested. Please contact in advance in order to assure these additional items can be provided.
*Hot Tub- This cabin does have a private hot tub. We ask that you are respectful of our hot tub rules. Absolutely no soaps or oils are to be added to the hot tub, no trash or debris are to be put/left in the hot tub, and we ask that the hot tub cover is kept on the hot tub when not in use. All hot tub information is listed in our rental agreement and we ask that all guidelines are followed.
