Many Levels of fun for everyone! Retreat in a unique architecturally crafted cabin, located in Coolfont Mountainside. A-loft offers 3 well appointed bedrooms, master suite with king bed & a balcony w/ private hot tub, a fully equip kitchen, spacious living room with a new pull out sofa (Queen) & of course "A loft" w/ 2 floor mattresses which offer additional sleeping space, views & lots of fun for the kiddo's. The community offers year round tennis/basketball courts, tot-lot, rec field, & hiking trails & Memorial day-Labor day a community pool & hot tub.

Guests have access to the entire property as well as access to the on site hiking trails, rec field, tot-lot, tennis and basketball courts.
In ground swimming pool, hot tub, and kiddy pool are available at no extra cost and is offered seasonally between Memorial Day and Labor Day.
Our community overall is a quiet and relaxing community. While we want you to have the best stay ever we ask that you respect and adhere to our community policies to ensure not only you, but other guests have a great time in the community as well.
Noise levels- occupancy and use shall not disturb or offend neighboring properties. Quiet hours are from 8pm to 8:00am. We want you to enjoy the outdoors, but please be mindful of others with noise levels if it is after dark.
Vehicle is- No ATV’s are to be ridden in the community. If you have an RV or camper it must be parked in our overflow parking area (please notify in advance). Maximum of 4 vehicles are permitted per driveway. Overflow parking is available if your group will have more than 4 vehicles. (Please notify)
After booking and once we receive your email address we will send you our rental agreement. It will be emailed directly to you from our direct booking site. Once agreed upon and submitted back, you will receive your arrival instructions prior to your stay, which will include directions and access to the cabin.
Access will be self check in for your safety.
All rental agreement policies must be followed.

Featuring the Loft! - with 2 floor twin mattresses for additional sleeping- accessed by a loft ladder style steps. (great for kids)
Bedroom 1 has a full size bed and twin bed (sleeps 3)
Bedroom 2 has a King bed (sleeps 2)
Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed and additional twin bed (sleeps 3)
Living Room offers a sleeper sofa coming in December 2021 (sleeps 2)
Views and fun from every level. Cabin is fully equip with all the essentials needed to getaway from it all!
Private Hot tub located off the master bedroom with a king size bed. Outdoors - a private wood burning firepit is offered as well.
Community pool and hot tub is shared and available Memorial Day- Labor day weekend, with guidelines in place for everyone's safety.
Aloft is located:
4 miles to downtown Berkeley Springs
1 mile to The Treetop restaurant and Berkeley Springs Brew Pub.
5 miles to the Cacapon State Park
Less than 10 miles to the Cacapon River for floating, boating, fishing, and swimming.
Less than 13 miles to the C&O Canal for biking and walking.
*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, accidental damage protection is part of your booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
*Rental agreement must be submitted to our company prior to receiving access information.
*Booking guests must be 25 yrs old or older to book and accept the rental agreement.
*This cabin is pet friendly. We do have a pet fee and our county and community does have a leash law. All pets and owners must abide by the pet policy in our rental agreement and our areas leash law.
* This cabin is located in a beautiful and peaceful community. We ask all our guests to please respect others with the community guidelines so we all can keep this community great!
*Mountainside Getaways offers a starter supply packet of items for your convenience. These items are just a "starter supply" please note if your stay is extended, we recommend you bring additional supplies if you feel you will need them. Extended stay package of supplies can be purchased in advance if requested. Please contact in advance in order to assure these additional items can be provided.
PROPER BEHAVIOR FOR MOUNTAINSIDE RENTALS
When renting in the private community, “Coolfont Mountainside" please note the following rules and regs associated with the community. Any complaints or issues reported with any of the following below will result in being charged accordingly.
*Noise- quiet hours are from 8:00PM until 8:00AM. We ask that you are mindful of other cabins and guests especially after dark. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents. Please be mindful of neighboring cabins with noise especially after dark. Loud parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise and/or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB, Pellet or Paintball Guns.
*Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and in the event of fireworks being used in the community, you will be required to vacate the property without a refund and will be fined accordingly.
*Outdoor Firepits- No fires are to be started with out being inside proper fire-pits with a fire resistant lid on the fire at all times and in accordance with CMA guidelines and regs. If the property rented does not have a proper fire-pit, outdoor fire is not permitted. Open fires will result in a min of $500 fine
*Lights- Exterior lights must be turned off by 11:00 pm.
*Vehicles- absolutely no ATV’s are to be ridden in the community, RV’s/campers are not to be parked in the driveways and no more than 4 vehicles are permitted in the driveways (overflowed parking is Available, please contact in advance for information)
Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all of their trash including recycling items. All trash/recycling items must be bagged in appropriate (13 gallon bags or larger) trash bags and placed in proper outdoor locations prior to departure. No small bags, pet bags, or grocery bags are to be left in trash bin.
Failure to properly bag (kitchen size bags or larger only) and remove all garbage/recyclables from the cabin will result in assessment of additional charges not less than $200.00.
The trash bin is located at the end of the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/destruction doesn’t occur.
