Description

This apartment is furnished simply, and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. You have a king sized bed, with plenty of storage for clothes. There is a ceiling fan to keep you cool at night. The bathroom is a good size and has a shower. Plus there is an external window so it is well ventilated. The kitchen is well equipped with a hob, oven and fridge/freezer. It has everything you need for basic cooking. The dining table can easily be used as a work desk. And the sofa area is great for relaxing.

The terrace space looks internally into the lovely central garden area. Within the condominium there are several seating areas for relaxing. On the ground floor there is a reception manned by Alberto and Monica who are always on had to help. Plus a lovely bar/cafe so you can grab a drink or snack. The condominium is quiet and peaceful. It is a tranquil escape from all sea and sand on Boa Vista.

There is also a washing machine that is available - charge 200cve (€2) per kg. Coffee machine and hair dryer available on request. There is 24hr security camera. There is partial accessibility on the ground floor with a few centimetres of difference in floor height. Safe available in central office.

Neighborhood

Located in Estoril suburb. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach. Estoril is the best beach for swimming and water sports. All the main beach bars are located in this area. It is located at the entrance to Sal Rei town - 5minutes from shops and cafes. The closest restaurants are Blu Merry and Tortuga both of which are less than 5 minutes walk.

Space

The apartment is wholly yours and private. The condominium has many communal areas for sitting and relaxing with a cafe and bar where you can get a drink, snack or breakfast.

Transit

GoRemote will collect you at the airport and take you directly to your accommodation - a 10 minute drive. Taxis are easy to catch around the town - minimum charge is typically 300cve (€3). There are many excursion companies to take you around Boa Vista. You can hire cars, pick ups or quads if you want to explore yourself. Rentals start from around 50€ a day with GoRemote discounts. Minibus taxis connect villages across the island throughout the day and are very good value.

House Rules

Help keep your condominium safe, keeping building doors closed at all times.

Be respectful of your neighbours.

Noise travels please think about how much noise you create and whether it’s disturbing anyone. There is no noise allowed in residential buildings between 11pm and 7am.

Dispose of your rubbish regularly into the community bins.

Take care of the property, furnishing and walls. Please clean up after yourself. Damages will be taken from the security deposit.

No smoking inside the property.

No pets.

Take care not to lock yourself out. Property Managers may charge a service fee to reopen properties, for key replacement or for locksmiths if required.

Personal property or personal injury insurance is not included.
