This apartment is furnished to a high standard and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The first double room is ensuite with a bath and overhead shower. The second is a double bedroom. The third is a twin bedded room. All bedrooms have large wardrobes. There is a large family bathroom with shower.
The large living and kitchen has a comfortable 3 piece suite, dining table with 6 chairs and extended kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a hob, oven, microwave and large fridge/freezer. The space is great for living and working. There is a small utility area with washing machine, airer and ironing board. The terrace overlooking the sea has patio furniture.
The apartment is fitted with its own, direct, fibre optic internet.
The condominium is front line, opposite Cabral Beach. The apartments are very generous in size. Each block has it's own secure entry door and there is onsite security 24/7. The condominium is a mix of working Cape Verdean and international residents. It is a family friendly condominium and the International School is located at the rear. At street level there are several businesses, including a small shop with a cafe/bar. It is situated next door to the Vila Cabral 2 condominium which has a pool. If you use Elicibar (the pool bar/restaurant) for food and drink you can normally use the pool.
Located in the Praia Cabral. Cabral beach is located opposite the apartment. It is a wild, natural beach. At one end there are natural rock pools which are great for exploring. At this end there is also protection so ideal for bathing. On the beach there are 2 beach bars.
In the Cabral area there is Elcibar and one other small shop/cafe/bar, although others are in the pipeline to open soon. It is a quiet area just outside of Sal Rei. The Vila Cabral 1 condominium is home to many Cape Verdean and international residents, some with children.
Walking 10 minutes away from town you can climb the hill Rochinha for views of the city, and walking 30 minutes away from town you have the beautiful coast containing Praia David bay and Chapel Fatima.
Sal Rei city center is a 20 minute stroll. On route you will pass many bars, restaurants and shops. The biggest shop Boa Compras, is just 5 minutes away.
The apartment is wholly yours and private. There is a shared entrance door into the block, leading to a communal stairwell.
GoRemote will collect you at the airport and take you directly to the accommodation - a 20 minute drive. You can stroll into the town or Estroil in under 30 minutes, or take a taxi for 300cve (3€). Taxis are easy to organise. There are many excursion companies to take you around the island.You can hire cars, pick ups or quads if you want to explore yourself. Noise travels please think about how much noise you create and whether it’s disturbing anyone. There is no noise allowed in residential buildings between 11pm and 7am.
Dispose of your rubbish regularly into the community bins.
Take care of the property, furnishing and walls. Please clean up after yourself. Damages will be taken from the security deposit.
No smoking inside the property.
Take care not to lock yourself out. Property Managers may charge a service fee to reopen properties, for key replacement or for locksmiths if required.
Personal property or personal injury insurance is not included.
