Description
This apartment comprises of is furnished to a high standard with outdoor patio furniture. There is full access to the swimming pool included. There is a poolside bar/restaurant on site. The apartment is in one of the rear blocks, i.e. it isn't overlooking the swimming pool, which makes it more private.
This 4 bedroom penthouse comprises:

Living area has a fully fitted kitchen, dining table for 8 and sofa area with TV and DVD and internet radio. The kitchen is fully equipped for self catering and includes a large fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave and washing machine. The living area has plenty of space for living and working.
The apartment is connected with direct fiber optic internet.
There are 3 terraces, of which one is equipped with an outdoor dining table, 8 chairs and a BBQ. One of the terraces has a shaded area. The terrace sizes are: 6m by 5m, 4m by 1.5 and 3m by 1.5m.
Vila Cabral 2 is a relatively new condominium based around a large swimming pool and small childrens pool. Alongside the swimming pool is Elcibar the poolside bar/restaurant. Wifi is available for it's customers during opening hours. There are 7 blocks of 12 apartments, with each block having it's own lift and secure door entry system. There is also 24/7 security. The complex is front line, opposite Cabral Beach. The majority of apartments here are rented to tourists, but next door is a residential condominium so there is a good mix of people in the area.
Neighborhood
Located in the Praia Cabral. Cabral beach is located opposite the apartment. It is a wild, natural beach. At one end there are natural rock pools which are great for exploring. At this end there is also protection so ideal for bathing. On the beach there are 2 beach bars. In the Cabral area there is Elcibar and one other small shop/cafe/bar, although others are in the pipeline to open soon. It is a quiet area just outside of Sal Rei. The area is a mix of residents and tourists. Walking 10 minutes away from town you can climb the hill Rochinha for views of the city, and walking 30 minutes away from town you have the beautiful coast containing Praia David bay and Chapel Fatima. Sal Rei city center is a 20 minute stroll. On route you will pass many bars, restaurants and shops. The biggest shop in Sal Rei Boa Compras, is just 5 minutes away.
Space
The apartment is wholly yours and private. The block entrance door is shared with 11 other apartments, and there is a communal stairwell.
Transit
GoRemote will collectyou at the airport and take you directly to the accommodation - 20 minute drive.. You can stroll into the town or Estroil in under 30 minutes, or take a taxi for 300cve (3€). Taxis are easy to organise. There are many excursion companies to take you around the island. You can hire cars, pick ups or quads if you want to explore yourself. The cost starts from around 50€ a day. There are minibus taxis taking people to/from the villages throughout the day which are very good value.

Help keep your condominium safe, keeping building doors closed at all times.
Be respectful of your neighbours.
Noise travels please think about how much noise you create and whether it’s disturbing anyone. There is no noise allowed in residential buildings between 11pm and 7am.
Dispose of your rubbish regularly into the community bins.
Take care of the property, furnishing and walls. Please clean up after yourself. Damages will be taken from the security deposit.
No smoking inside the property.
No pets.
Take care not to lock yourself out. Property Managers may charge a service fee to reopen properties, for key replacement or for locksmiths if required.
Personal property or personal injury insurance is not included.
