This exquisite lodge style cabin offers plenty of space for everyone!
Featuring 5 BR with a total of 15 beds in each bedroom to ensure plenty of sleeping options for your group. Each bedroom has a private bathroom and access to the decking outdoors. The “Lodge” is equipped with all the amenities you will need for a perfect little family/friend getaway to a larger group get-together! Also offering 2 living rooms, gaming area, 3 fireplaces, jacuzzi tubs, large deck, and beautiful mountain views! Private hot tub will be available in late February 2022.

Guests will receive arrival information prior to their check in directly from our company, Mountainside Getaways.
The space offers 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, 15 total beds and sleeper sofas in the lower common space. Ensuring many sleeping arrangements for you and your guests.
Entry level is through the lower level which offers the game area, living room with 2 sleeper sofas, fireplace, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has 4 twin bunkbeds (sleeps 8), bedroom 2 offers a queen size bed and a full size day bed with a twin trundle bed.
The main level offers the main living room, dining area, kitchen, 2 more bedrooms with private baths, and a half bath. Bedroom 1, the suite has a king size bed and fireplace and private bathroom with a fireplace, jacuzzi tub, and stand up shower. Bedroom 2 offers 2 full size beds and a private bath.
The loft level offers a full size day bed with a twin trundle bed and private bath with a jacuzzi tub.
Outdoors will offer 2 levels and decking and a private balcony off the 3rd level loft.

*As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, accidental damage protection is part of your booking. The cost of this protection has been included in your fees and covers you for accidental damages during your stay.
*Rental agreement must be submitted to our company prior to receiving access information.
*Booking guests must be 25 yrs old or older to book and accept the rental agreement.
*This cabin is pet friendly. We do have a pet fee and our county and community does have a leash law. All pets and owners must abide by the pet policy in our rental agreement and our areas leash law.
* This cabin is located in a beautiful and peaceful community. We ask all our guests to please respect others with the community guidelines so we all can keep this community great!
*Mountainside Getaways offers a starter supply packet of items for your convenience. These items are just a "starter supply" please note if your stay is extended, we recommend you bring additional supplies if you feel you will need them. Extended stay package of supplies can be purchased in advance if requested. Please contact in advance in order to assure these additional items can be provided.
*Hot Tub- This cabin does have a private hot tub. We ask that you are respectful of our hot tub rules. Absolutely no soaps or oils are to be added to the hot tub, no trash or debris are to be put/left in the hot tub, and we ask that the hot tub cover is kept on the hot tub when not in use. All hot tub information is listed in our rental agreement and we ask that all guidelines are followed.
PROPER BEHAVIOR FOR MOUNTAINSIDE RENTALS
When renting in the private community, “Coolfont Mountainside" please note the following rules and regs associated with the community. Any complaints or issues reported with any of the following below will result in being charged accordingly.
*Noise- quiet hours are from 8:00PM until 8:00AM. We ask that you are mindful of other cabins and guests especially after dark. Occupancy and use of premises shall not disturb or offend neighbors or residents. Please be mindful of neighboring cabins with noise especially after dark. Loud parties, excessive speeding, excessive noise and/or disruptive behavior, discharging of Firearms, BB, Pellet or Paintball Guns.
*Fireworks are strictly prohibited on the grounds and in the event of fireworks being used in the community, you will be required to vacate the property without a refund and will be fined accordingly.
*Outdoor Firepits- No fires are to be started with out being inside proper fire-pits with a fire resistant lid on the fire at all times and in accordance with CMA guidelines and regs. If the property rented does not have a proper fire-pit, outdoor fire is not permitted. Open fires will result in a min of $500 fine
*Lights- Exterior lights must be turned off by 11:00 pm.
*Vehicles- absolutely no ATV’s are to be ridden in the community, RV’s/campers are not to be parked in the driveways and no more than 4 vehicles are permitted in the driveways (overflowed parking is Available, please contact in advance for information)
Guest(s) will bag and properly dispose of all of their trash including recycling items. All trash/recycling items must be bagged in appropriate (13 gallon bags or larger) trash bags and placed in proper outdoor locations prior to departure. No small bags, pet bags, or grocery bags are to be left in trash bin.
Failure to properly bag (kitchen size bags or larger only) and remove all garbage/recyclables from the cabin will result in assessment of additional charges not less than $200.00.
The trash bin is located at the end of the driveway. Trash bin must have lid shut and secured after each use to ensure animal damage/destruction doesn’t occur.
