Description

This beautiful log cottage has large windows that let in lots of light. It has a beautiful, custom, sauna/shower with a rain shower head and a washer/dryer. There is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dinning and living room all in one room.Upstairs has a queen bed and 2 twin beds with a large built in hammock.This is an experience that you will not want to miss, a stay in a one of a kind cottage on beautiful acreage located in the heart of Fairbanks with two shared hot tubs and a barrel sauna but feels like your own piece of Alaska.

All of our properties are self check in but we are available to answer questions or help with any issues anytime.

Access

The cottage is located next to a private lake and a small water channel. There are 5 other house located in this private neighborhood. We also have 4 newly built treehouses on the property. There are two shared hot tubs. There are 2 parking spots right in front of the cottage for guests use. We recommend renting a car preferably an AWD and 4 wheel drive to visit all the unique places around Fairbanks. Cabs, Lyfts and Ubers are also available.

Space

This cottage has an open floor plan. The main floor has a gorgeous kitchen with a gold farmhouse sink, tile backsplash and black stainless steel appliances with a dining table that seats 6. An open living room with plenty of seating with a pullout queen hid a bed. The bathroom is also on the main floor with a giant sauna shower and private washer and dryer. When you walk up the spiral staircase you will find a comfy queen bed, 2 twin beds and a built in hammock. Relax in the hammock that hangs over the living room and enjoy this unique space.

So cool!
This modern cottage has everything you need for comfort, while still keeping the Alaskan log cabin vibe. An updated kitchen, the comfy beds, a beautifully decorated living room, and a sauna to boot - it was perfect for our group! The best part, however, was the hammock/net that hung from the top floor over the living room - so cool! We will definitely book here again if we come back to Fairbanks!
