Surrounded by mature trees and features lots of glass to highlight the beautiful lake and mountain views. 3 Bdr/4 Ba. 2 Kings, 2 Twins and a Twin over Full bunk bed. A large game room with fireplace just off the kitchen area with a pool table and games. An outdoor storage area with plenty of kayaks, stand up paddleboards, water skis and floats. Plenty of lifejackets as well. There's also an over-sized lakeside deck that's great for entertaining or just relaxing. Conveniently located between Hayesville & Hiawassee and near all that the mountain/lakes region has to offer! Gas grill.
$150 per dog fee!

Neighborhood

We love the #lakelife around here as well as the majestic mountains. So much to do and see right in town. We have a handy Welcome guidebook in the house full of dining options, things to do, shopping, hiking and waterfall trails... Wineries with tastings and live music events are abundant! And a short 25 min drive to the Bavarian based town of Helen for tubing or zip lining.

Mountain bikers and hikers, we have top ranked WNC lakeside single track. The bike ride from house to Jack Rabbit state park is .3 miles to trailhead. They offer beautiful views.

There are several excellent boat rental places in the area! We use Lake Chatuge Marine, Young Harris Water Sports, Boundary Waters... The fellas will help you out! All kinds of water toys too like jet skis, standup paddle boards, kayaks.

This house is equipped with lake toys such as 2 paddle boards, 1 canoe, magic carpet, 2 kayaks and 8 life preservers.

Kitchen/Dining - Main Floor. Table seats 6. 3 Bar stools around Island. Stove/Oven, Refrigerator, Keurig, Toaster, Microwave, Electric Can opener, Hand mixer, Dishwasher.

Bottom Floor - Game room. Pool table. Gas Fireplace. 1/2 bath.

There is a Keurig. Please bring your own coffee essentials. There is a gas grill. We supply a propane tank and a spare.

Hike or drive to the apex of Bell Mountain, which overlooks the lake below and provides picturesque mountain views. Visit Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Trailheads of the Appalachian Trail, which spans from Georgia to Maine, are less than 10 miles from this home.

House Rules

Pets welcome with $150 Fee. There’s a handy guide book in the house which details places to eat, where to shop, marinas, where to hike, waterfalls, all kinds of things to do... Swim at your own risk. No diving off dock. All trash must be in bags. When checking out... 1) Leave used towels in the tub or shower. 2) Used beds should be left unmade. 3) Adjust temp settings. AC to 78* in summer. HEAT to 60* in winter. 4) Put all trash in bags in can outside. 5) Remove any opened food items from the frig. 6) If you moved any furniture, inside or outside, put it back. 7) Turn off lights, ceiling fans, TV... 8) Make sure all doors are locked and key is returned where you got it. 9) Wash dishes or load dishwasher and turn on. Gas Fireplace- The fireplace controls are on the left side panel. Check too make sure gas line is open behind fireplace, then follow manufacturer's instructions on left side panel. Samsung Smart TV- Look for Amazon Prime, Netflix, and YouTube TV apps and use your credentials. If you want to do a deep dive then look for Samsung Network for free channels. Please keep sliding glass doors closed.
