Description

In keeping the character of yesteryear with comforts of the present, we present to you this spacious 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home. Even better, it's on the Fox River within walking distance to restaurants, shops and bars! Travel down to the waterfront by way of the rustic rock stairs behind the garage or take your car down the side road, allowing access to the dock and firepit.

Interaction

You will receive an email with check-in instructions 24 hours prior to arrival date. Check-in time is 3pm and check out is 11 am. Any requests outside that window may be made in writing to our host and may be an additional fee.

Neighborhood

Walk to restaurants, parks, Electric Lanes bowling alley, coffee shop, library, church, bars, etc. We are close (within 1-4 blocks) of all of these items.

Kayak or boat between the Fox Locks (Kaukauana 1 and Combined Locks) to your heart's content. Beyond this, check the locks schedule at Fox Locks.

Access

Access is secure and will be sent to you 24 hours prior to check in.

Space

Main Level: Sun room which also acts as 4th bedroom with couch/daybed and trundle (two twin mattresses). Overlooking the river is a desk.
Upper Level: 1-Master with King bed and en suite, Bedroom 2-queen bed, Bedroom 3-daybed with trundle (essentially two twin beds)
Lower level: is a partially finished basement....made to be comfortable and add space, but not completely finished. Down here you'll find a queen bed, twin bed also 2 pullout couches on this level, plus a half bath and the laundry.

Transit

Easy and within 20 miles to Lambeau Field; 3 miles to Wisconsin Internatioal Speedway; 6 miles to Soccer Heaven Sports Center; 5 miles to Thedacare Regional Cancer Center; 16 miles to St. Norbert College; 7 miles to Lawrence University...you get the point...

Notes

Close to Appleton, Lambeau Field and Wisconsin Motor Speedway. We are also close to Oshkosh and the EAA Convention.

FANTASTIC!
We are working all day long. We are able to come to this home, relax in comfortable beds after taking an awesome shower and really unwind. We recently brought our fishing poles in order to be able to look at the water and fish a little for more bits of fun.

Enjoyed our stay
House was clean & comfortable. Very enjoyable and suited our needs. Here's items you need to be aware of: Not having a password for WIFI was frustrating. There is a leak in the basement. Only seems to leak when upstairs bathrooms are used. TV in living room is very difficult to turn on and off. Had to tilt it back to get remote to communicate with TV.
