This unique A-Frame cabin guest house is located on one acre of beautiful eucalyptus trees and equipped with a spa. It sleeps two guests in comfort and style, making it ideal for a romantic get away in California. It's located in close proximity to state parks, the bay, the ocean, many hikes, restaurants and to the other home on the premises. Interaction

During your stay I can be reached via email, message, text or call should you need anything. If you have something emergent come up after 21:00-07:00 (9pm-7am) please call me. I’m on the property and happy to socialize; however, I tend to give guests their space. We also have a very friendly dog named Rebel if you would like to say hi he would be happy to meet you.

Neighborhood

Boho Aframe is located amongst eucalyptus trees, the space is close to the part of the property we live in. You will enter the cabin via a breezeway between the residences. The yard is a shared space. It's a 2 min drive from Montaña de Oro State Park, 10 min walk from the bay and 15 min drive to the iconic Morro Bay Rock. We are located in a residential neighborhood. The surrounding properties have large lots so they aren't very close in proximity to the cabin. There is potential for noise for example a neighbors dog occasional barking or yard work etc. We find it to be quiet here often but we can't guarantee there will never be disturbances. Our place is perfect for the feeling of seclusion while still being very close to many conveniences.

For our guests security, every guest is given a unique lock code that is only valid during the time/date of their stay.

Space

Enter Boho Aframe via smart lock step into the kitchen where meals can be prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen, and enjoyed at the wooden dining table. Other thoughtful touches include coffee, tea, sugar, creamer, sparkling waters, water, seasoning, cooking oil, ice, snacks, Wi-Fi access, a Bluetooth speaker, extra blankets, iron, ironing board, space fan and space heater. The hall is equipped with a full sized mirror and welcome poster with local recommendations. The charming bathroom has black and white mosaic tile floors, a walk-in shower with rainfall shower head. Take the ladder up to the loft bedroom. (Please review pictures of ladder prior to stay to ensure you are capable of safely using the ladder.) In the sleeping area, you'll find a Smart TV, starry lights, Moroccan style seating, exercise gear and a plush queen-size bed to ensure a good night's sleep.

Guests can kick back on the comfy sofa or rattan chairs in front of the thermostat controlled gas fireplace, or enjoy games placed in the coffee table drawer. Outside, there is a spa that sits under the patio lights and beautiful eucalyptus tree grove. Soak up the view while relaxing in the warm spa equipped with jets, spa towels and slippers. The deck also has chairs, a table and a BBQ grill to fire up. (propane is provided for the BBQ) The host family and their dog Rebel live nearby.

Notes

We do NOT accept check in or check out on major holidays.
We host a maximum of 2 guests, NO exceptions. Regardless of age each individual counts as 1 guest.
We do NOT make exceptions to our cancellation policy.
If you will be traveling with more than one vehicle please give us advance notice maximum of 2 vehicles.
When applicable we charge a 35$ fee for early check in, late check out or date alterations. All date alterations will remain at the original nightly rate unless changing to dates that are of higher value.

If at any time we find you have violated house rules you will be asked to vacate the property immediately without reimbursement.
If you do not vacate you will be fined 500$ a day until you leave.
We are not responsible for any damages done to your vehicle or any other personal property.
In booking our place you agree that you are financially responsible for covering replacement/repairs costs in the case that damages are caused by you and/or your associated party.

Our property is protected by Superhog insurance. Please note that all booking methods (w/the exception of those booking on Airbnb) will be required to fill out the Superhog verification link to reserve or keep a reservation. I will message you the link, you can then click it and follow a couple simple steps once this is done your reservation will be secured for your desired dates.

Check out instructions for our guests are; clean dishes and place them in dish rack, turn off BBQ propane ( if you used it), turn off thermostat and lights then close the windows and lock the doors. That's it! (for pet bookings please wash dog bowls and pick up poop)

House Rules

We are very grateful to host the best guests and not having to enforce these rules; however, we do have to have these not so fun details, fines etc. listed out for potential unfortunate cases/scenarios that could present themselves. So bare with us as we outline these business like rules/policies for insurance purposes. We appreciate your understanding and think you will find we are reasonable hosts! (:

No parties/events if you throw a party or event without prior approval you will be fined $500, required to leave and charged for any additional damages.

No smoking anywhere on the premises. If you smoke anywhere on the premise you will be charged a minimum of $1,000 fine plus any additional costs beyond that for damages. This applies to smoking anything, weed, vaping, cigarettes etc.

No illegal activity anywhere on the property. This applies to drugs, internet activity etc.

No professional filming, film crews, photography, recording content, marketing materials/content or any other productions etc. without prior contractual agreement with the host. A fine of a minimum of 5,000$ will be charged if found in violation of this rule.

No luggage up or down the stairs/ladder. This is a safety measure. Please use the provided luggage racks downstairs.

In the case that a guest and/or associated party does not vacate the premises by the time and date of check out. You will be fined 500$ the day of late check out and another 500$ per a day until the property has been vacated by squatting party.

If guests encounter a problem during their stay they will notify hosts immediately and hosts and/or trades people will be given access to the property (w/prior notification of arrival time) so that problem can be mitigated.

No additional guests or pets on the premises that were not listed and approved via your reservation. 200$ fine per non approved pet or person. This means no visitors on the premises unless pre approved.

In the case that a guest and/or their associated party does not follow house rules we reserve the right to terminate your reservation with no reimbursement.

No using swing/play set in the yard or accessing privately fenced in areas.

No using our property to charge or power your vehicle. If you plug into our property in any capacity to power your vehicle you will be charged at least 50$ plus any additional expense past that for utilities.

We do not make exceptions to our cancellation policy for circumstances out of our control. Some examples could be weather, your schedule, transportation etc. We suggest purchasing travel insurance should you want to ensure reimbursement per your travel insurances policies.

Max thermostat temperature of 70F. The thermostat should be pushed off when leaving the cabin for activities or check out.

You have read and accept safety and property concerns.Upon booking you are agreeing to accept all risks to you and your associate party. As well as agreeing to hold the property owners, management and any other associated parties harmless for all disclosed and non disclosed risks.

Under safety concerns our listing fully discloses our property is not suitable for infants or children. This is due to safety concerns especially for young ones regarding the ladder, fireplace and spa. If you choose to book with them anyway you except the inherent risks and agree to indemnify and hold us harmless. You will need to bring your own safety gates for ladder, harth safety gate, door childproofing, outlet child proofing and any other child proofing to ensure their safety.

No fire including but not limited to candles, burning incense, smoking, bonfires, portal propane stoves etc.

SPA/HOT Rules/Policies: Immediately replace spa cover after each use & LATCH closed. Slide the spa cover on the L brackets only. If spa cover is damaged you will be charged the cost of replacement. NO GLASS in or around the spa please use plastic ware it’s located in the kitchen. No jumping or diving. Turn off jets and lights after exiting the hot tub. No pets in the hot tub. Swim suits required. Please be intentional about entering the hot tub clean/showered, avoid sandy feet etc. and shower off all body product prior to entering. There’s spa slippers in the bathroom for you as well. No person under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medications etc. can use the hot tub. Use of spa is at your own risk. We will not be responsible for any accidents or injury to guests using spa. Do not remove filter. No food in the spa. Do not use the spa as a bathroom. Do not enter if you have or have recently had diarrhea. Do not add chemicals, soaps, bubble bath, fragrances etc to spa. You will be charged an additional 150$ for spa maintenance if excessive soap/fragrance or chemicals are detected. Max of two adults in the spa. Spa’s require constant maintenance meaning additional water, chemicals, water testing, cleaning etc. So spa cleaner may be accessing the spa to balance chemicals or some variety of that during your stay, in booking you understand and agree to them doing this during your stay. On occasions the hot tub may need time to heat please be patient as it gets up to your desired temperature refunds will not be issued for the spa taking time to heat. If you turned the temperature below 100F please turn it back up to 100F the night before you check out. If for some reason the hot tub is rendered not useable and can't be resolved, guest will be issued a maximum of 50$ reimbursement no reimbursements for the entire value of the reservation will be given in this case. Please inform us if you noticed anything wrong with the spa or something occurs during your stay. We are gracious when we are informed of situations so thank you in advance! Please review the warnings given by the spa company…Check with a doctor before use if pregnant, diabetic, in poor health or under medical care. Exit immediately if uncomfortable, dizzy, or sleepy, spa heat can cause hyperthermia and unconsciousness. Spa heat in conjunction with alcohol, drugs or medication can cause unconsciousness. Never place an appliance within 5 feet of spa. Supervise children at all times. Attach spa cover after each use. When pregnant soaking in hot water for long periods can harm your fetus. Measure water temperature before entering. Do not enter spa if water is hotter than 100 F or 38 Celsius. Do not stay in spa for longer than 10 minutes. Warning no lifeguard on duty.

PET RULES (FOR WHEN APPLICABLE) Currently hosting dogs only (unless otherwise discussed) 1. NO PETS ON FURNITURE this includes the bed. 2. No pets in loft or on ladder this is for their safety. 3. Max of 1 pet allowed 4. Dog must be potty trained and have up to date flea and tick treatment. 5. Pets must be on leash at all times. 6. Pets must be attended to at all times or kenneled. 7. Dog poop should be picked up and places in the exterior trash bin. Please note the yard is shared so your dog needs to be friendly with other dogs and children as our child/dog may be in the yard at times.* Please note all pet bookings will be given colored linens instead of our typical white linens.* A pet basket with pet amenities will be provided.

Indemnification: Guest and associated party agrees to indemnify and hold property management, owners, cleaners, handy persons and any other associated parties harmless for any and all injury, illness, death, damages to the guest('s) and the guest ('s) property. By renting/staying at our property you and associated party are assuming all risk and liability. You hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue owners or associated independent contractors. The owners assume no responsibility for any and all claims for negligence or liability for any accident, injury, illness, death, property loss in connections to the home, features of the home, property and surrounding areas. Booking your stay acts as an agreement to these terms and conditions.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% reimbursement will be given for reservations cancelled 60 days (or more) prior to the day of arrival/check in. If cancelled less than 60 days in advance no reimbursement will be given.

Important: Our property is protected by SUPERHOG. Please note that once you have booked, your booking confirmation message will include your SUPERHOG verification link. You will need to complete this verification process within 24 hours or your reservation will be cancelled. In the case of cancellation you will be issued a partial reimbursement. Part of you payment such as payment processing fees etc are non refundable. Superhog verify's our guests identity should there be issues with verifying you, your reservation will be canceled. So please book under your legal name.
