Watch lobsters get harvested in the bay or grab a chair and a pole and head down to the large private dock by the water to try your luck at catching dinner (poles and fishing gear provided). Not up for fishing? This house is in the perfect location for watching the sunrise and set or just sitting outside on a warm day and reading a good book.
