This stunning 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with balcony on Fort Lauderdale beach comes with free high speed wifi, fantastic amenities, such as king bed, work station, pool, gym, and only steps to the Fort Lauderdale strip, Elbow Room, Beach Place, Casa Blanca, and more.
The space is thoughtfully designed with a keen eye for detail, the residence will surround you with comfort and convenience in a style that is both contemporary and timeless. The oversized windows provide a generous view of the Ocean and a sense of space for expansive living.

CHECK-IN:
For all guests staying at the condominium, the association requires guests to fill out an application and complete a transient form before arrival. This registration form will include guest & party information, vehicle registration form, and an acknowledgment of the condo associations rules & regulations.
**Please note that we will need this completed at a minimum of a week prior to check in to send over to the condominium.

Important: Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted directly for booking validation, which includes ID verification and wavier or the deposit collection. In addition, the downloading of the DACK application for house manual and check-in instructions.
 
In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

House Rules

1. Temporarily park on the side of the building where it says: Contractor parking, so you can check in at the reception to pick up your 2 key fobs to enter the condo and 1 parking clicker. (Replacements cost if lost: Key fob $15, parking clicker $75)
2. Parking – guests designated parking is behind the building on the intersection of Seville St and Birch rd. When you get your clicker, you'll be able to park there.
3. Your unit is 5-B. Get the elevator to the 5th floor, go to the left, then right and it is the last apartment to the left.
4. Garbage is guest's responsibility, please discard it in the condo garbage shutter (inside laundry room in the hallway)
5. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property ($100 fine)
6. Air conditioning should be set between 70 and 79. Please keep all doors windows closed when air conditioning is running. ***Failure can result in the AC freezing and a maintenance fee of $150.00 will add if the AC freezes. ***
7. Do not tamper with the outdoor security cameras or indoor noise detectors. Doing so will be cause for immediate removal.
8. Sleeping capacity is 4 adults. Only registered guests are allowed on the property, no visitors.
9. Laundry room is in the hallway outside of the apartment (first door to the left). You have a laundry card with complimentary $20, and you can refill it on the machine on the reception floor. Replacement cost, if lost is $10.
10.***No parties or events***. Please respect the neighbors. As per city rules, the noise levels must be kept to a level to not disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 9 pm-7 am.
11. Guests have full access to all condo amenities, enjoy!
12. Damages and breakages should be reported to the manager immediately.

The house is closely monitored to make sure all rules are being followed.
