| LOVED our stay at House With A Boat. It was very cozy and unobtrusive, comfortable. Lots of family time, gathering space for charades and talking. We enjoyed the kayaks, and paddle boards, and just cruising the harbor. It was amazing having our own private boat to take out and relax in, fishing off the pier area, and laying in the sun, swimming in the pool, it was just wonderful. THANK YOU!! Also, very nice perks from this host, the fridge was nicely stocked with comp beverages as was the pantry! Well done! | |

| Eugene the host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The boat was wonderful and Max was easily available to help our husbands learn to navigate out of the canal. The house was close to grocery stores, fun restaurants and Fisherman’s Village. The kitchen was well stocked and our host had wine, beer, and munchies waiting for us! The pool was wonderful—clean and heated. We would definitely stay here again. | |

| This was a great rental. The rental provided everything. There were lots of snacks, sodas and beer. There were a couple bottles of wine as well. The best part was having the boat. We took full advantage and went out everyday on the boat. The neighborhood is still recovering from hurricane Ian. It was sad to see the destruction. The house did have exterior damage. The damage didn't have any impact on the rental. Easy communication throughout my stay. | |

| This house and the hosts were more than fantastic and accommodating. The house had plenty of bathrooms and beds for pur extended family of 11 and We loved using the pontoon to go out in the bay. We experienced zero problems with the boat while we were there, and zero problems with the house as well. The house was fully stocked with everything we could need and our 4 year olds literally lived in the pool the entire vacation. My daughter started crying yesterday because she wanted to go back to "the beach house, not home" 🤣 The hosts also sent us a $100 instacart order too, it made that first night after we drove 11 hours so much better since we didn't have to go to the store right away. Needless to say, we loved staying at this house and hope to book again with them in the future. | |

This house is one of the best Airbnb homes I've stayed at so far. It has everything you need and truly is a home away from home. The boat was excellent. Best value for your money. Inside is very clean, organize with labels for where to find everything. My family had a great time at this house. 16 thumbs up from our two families of 8 for a very excellent stayed. I highly recommend this house to anyone that is looking for an Airbnb to stay in the Port Charlotte area. We will definitely come back if we are back in this area again. |

| AMAZING! Eugene and Max are truly the best hosts we have ever had the pleasure to work with! You will not be disappointed! The communication was fantastic, the home/boat/pool were as described if not better. Home is very clean, extremely well stocked with everything you could possibly need (extra linens, towels, pots/pans/glassware, small appliances, beverages, snacks, cleaning/laundry supplies, pool floats, grill and patio furniture, ect). It has newer appliances and furniture and all are in perfect condition. Everything is set up to make sure you have the best and most stress free time away and we've never stayed anywhere that has felt so much like home before! This home is in an awesome location! Close to all amenities, great selection of restaurants, activities and beaches and all in a family friendly community that is quiet and safe! This home backs right up to a canal which opens up endless opportunities to go out and explore the area from the water! We enjoyed boating, fishing and paddle boarding without ever having to travel from the home to get to the water! If I could give this home and host 10 stars I would! Definitely recommend and cannot wait to come back and stay again! | |

House with a boat was absolutely one the best Airbnb experiences we ever had. The boat was a great addition to the pool and canal view! we had a great time taking the boat out to have lunch or for a swim! It was definitely the highlight of my trip! The house was filled with everything you need and more! Very clean and nicely decorated.. It was so nice to find snacks and drinks cooled in the fridge complimentary of the host when we checked-in. Eugene is a great house; everything was very well thought and communicated for the comfort of tue guests! The drawers and the cabinets in the kitchen were individually labeled just to give you an example for the level of service you would get! We would definitely come back again and thank you again sharing your beautiful house with us! |

| This was the perfect spot for our family vacation. There was plenty of space for everyone and there were some games in the closet to play to. The owners left the fridge pretty stocked for our arrival along with snacks. They responded quickly to any questions we had and were very hospitable. The location is perfect for boating as we caught an array of fish. From catfish, speckled trout, to black fin sharks. We saw dolphins and manatee almost every morning swimming in the channel. I would recommend this place to anyone and will definitely be staying again. | |
