RELAX:
Relax & unwind in the spacious living room in this home. The living room has a smart TV and plenty of seating for all of your friends or family.

EAT & GATHER:
Want to prepare some of your favorite foods? The kitchen is very large with all basic cooking utensils. Enjoy your meals at the 4 person kitchen table.

SLEEP:
Bedroom 1- The first bedroom is located on the first floor & provides a king sized bed, a small sofa, & a smart TV!
Bedroom 2- The second bedroom is located on the first floor & provides 2 queen sized beds.
Bedroom 3- The third bedroom is on the second floor & provides 1 queen sized bed, a sofa and a vanity/desk area.

BATHROOM:
The bathroom is located on the first floor. We provide towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, & body wash!

Transit

Ubers & Lyfts are always readily available in Lexington. We do recommend scheduling them if it is for an event.

Cancellation Policy

Guests can get a full refund only when they cancel at least 14 days before the check-in date. If the guest cancels between 14 days to 7 days before the check-in date, the refund will be 50%. If the guest cancels after this time, including after the 1st night of stay, there will be no refund.
