This gorgeous cabin is located in Hiawassee and is the perfect getaway for family and friends! 3 Bdrs and 2 Baths with 1872 sq ft. Smart TVs & Wifi 50 mbps. After traveling up a scenic country mountain road or two, you'll pull into the circular driveway and see the tin roof and handcrafted mountain laurel front porch. It's just beckoning you to come on up and relax.

Main Level- Living area features a stone gas fireplace with amazing views from every window and a door leading onto the deck. Fully stocked Kitchen. Coffee Bar with both Keurig & drip makers. Breakfast Island with 2 stools. Dining area with a table and 6 chairs. 1 bdr and 1 bath downstairs. Laundry room.

Terrace Level- Another Living Area with comfy lounge furniture. Lots of fun games, movies and books. Bar Area with mini fridge, sink and Keurig. 2 Bdrs and 1 Bath.

Tree swing, porch swing on deck, firepit, fabulous screen porch & gas grill. Do you enjoy watching birds? They come all day to enjoy our feeders as long as we keep seeds and nectar available for them. Check the pantry :) The cabin is close to national parks, waterfalls, hiking trails, Lake Chatuge and much more.

Adventure awaits! Western NC and North GA abound with opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Set your sights on long-range views with visits to Bell Mountain in Hiawassee (20-minute drive) and Brasstown Bald (highest point in GA, 35-minute drive). Spend the day on Lake Chatuge with a boat or personal watercraft rental from a local marina or launch your own from nearby public access. Want to immerse yourself in nature in the Nantahala National Forest? Bring your mountain bikes and ride the first-class trails at Jackrabbit Mountain (also great for hiking and dog-friendly) less than 5 minutes from the property. Fires Creek Recreation Area (25-minute drive) is another Western NC local favorite for hiking with picturesque views, swimming, and trout fishing. On the GA side, take a 30-minute drive to a waterfall hike via the High Shoals Falls Trail or make the 45-minute drive to Alpine Helen, GA for a taste of Bavaria in the Blue Ridge Mountains. Hungry and thirsty after a day of exploration? Visit the outstanding local restaurants, wineries, and breweries in and around downtown Hayesville and Hiawassee for not-to-be-missed tastes of local flavor.

We love the #lakelife around here as well as the majestic mountains. So much to do and see right in town. We have a handy Welcome Book in the house full of dining options, Things to Do, Shopping, Hiking and Waterfall Trails. Wineries abound; they’re everywhere! Or head over to Helen for tubing or zip lining.

There are several excellent boat rental places in the area! We use Lake Chatuge Marine, Young Harris Water Sports, Boundary Waters... The fellas will help you out! All kinds of water toys too like jet skis, standup paddle boards and kayaks.

Hike or drive to the apex of Bell Mountain, which overlooks Lake Chatuge below and provides picturesque mountain views. Shooting Creek Overlook is breathtaking. Visit Brasstown Bald, the highest point in Georgia. Jackrabbit Mountain and Chatuge Dam. Both Towns County (Hiawassee GA) and Clay County (Hayesville NC) have super parks and beaches. Trailheads of the Appalachian Trail, which spans from Georgia to Maine, are less than 10 miles from this home.

Main level has a King Master Bedroom with doors leading to the screen porch with breathtaking views. Attached bathroom with jetted tub/shower and single vanity. Bathroom also has another door leading out to main living area. There's a single vanity in dressing room.

Terrace level has a Queen Bedroom while the 3rd Bedroom has two Twins. Bathroom has Walkin Shower and single sink vanity.

Samsung Smart in living room entry level. It has You Tube tv and Netflix.

Upstairs master has a Roku TV - Netflix

Terrace level den- Toshiba TV - guests must use their Amazon Prime acct to watch this tv

Master on terrace level has a Phillips tv -Netflix and YouTube TV (select live tv to get to You Tube channels)

THERE IS NO CELL TOWER NEAR THE CABIN. YOUR CELL PHONE WILL WORK FROM WIFI. Check your settings on your phone. My phone shows Advanced Calling and I choose WiFi calling.

Thermostat is located at the top of the stairs. Set your comfort zone.

Parking- It's a circular driveway. Can fit approximately 8 cars. Yes, there is enough room for a boat trailer.

All 4 TVs have Netflix.

The Queen bedroom TV has YouTubeTV. This TV changes to black and white sometimes. Easy fix: Go to options on remote, select picture, scroll to last entry to reset color.

Fireplace on Main level has a remote. The fireplace on Terrace level is not to be used by guests.
