Description

This unit is the upstairs part of our turquoise home. It has 2 bedrooms and one bath. With a fully stocked kitchen and 2 screened in porches to enjoy you are sure to love this home. We are located in the heart of Port St Joe, so you are in walking distance to local restaurants and shops. We are only a couple blocks from the bay and a quick drive to some of the most amazing beaches! We are also pet friendly!

Interaction

SeaDrifter is set up for contactless entry so there is no need for interaction. We have more than one unit available to rent on the property so guests may interact with other guests.

Neighborhood

When you are ready to venture out, visit nearby Port St. Joe for shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Downtown offers cute shops along Reid Avenue, many restaurants and grocery stores. Don't forget to check out the historical Lighthouse and Sea Turtle Museum. We love our sea turtles! Mexico Beach is just a few miles away and offers restaurants and shops. For an adventure, take a ride to Cape San Blas and visit St. Joseph Peninsula State Park for access to the beach and the bay. It offers natural hiking trails, miles of untouched beaches and access to launch kayaks or paddle boards. For an amazing experience, you can horseback ride on the beach from Salinas Park. If you are interested in wildlife and natural beauty, plan a trip over to St. Vincent Island by ferry boat for the day. Hike around the island and explore our native wildlife and foliage. About 30 miles away is the historical fishing community of Apalachicola. It's perfect for a day trip to do a little shopping, stroll along the Apalachicola River or grab some of the best seafood around! You won't be disappointed! There's so many options to do without crowds or traffic!

Access

You have access to all the parts of our home in the upstairs area. This includes the 2 bedroom unit as well as 2 screened in porches. You have your own private entrance that is separate from the rest of the house.

Space

Damage Waiver:
The Damage Waiver is built into your reservation booking total (“Management Fee”). This fee covers only unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that may have occurred during your stay. Damages must be disclosed to Host before or upon check out of your stay. The fee will pay a maximum benefit of $300. Any damages that exceed $300 will be charged to the credit card on file. NOTE: This is NOT insurance and only applies to ACCIDENTAL damages. Any damages that either exceed $300, are not disclosed prior to check out, or are deemed intentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.

Please pay the pet fee while booking. $100 per visit. 3 dog max.
We love our four-legged babies here at The SeaDrifter but please adhere to the follow requests: No dogs on the beds. There is a dog bed provided as well as a cover for the couch. We have also included a small basket of dog supplies that you are welcome to use if needed. We ask that you do not use any of the white towels on the dogs. In the basket you should find some older towels that we use for dog clean up. Please keep your dog on a leash as there may be other guests with their furry babies at one of the other units. If staying longer than 2 days we ask that you sweep regularly to stay ahead of the dog hair. And always please pick up any poop! Thanks!

VRBO cancellations are subject to all credit card fees incurred

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, you’ll be changed 50% for all nights.
If you cancel less than 7 days before check-in, you’ll be charged 100% for all nights.
Guests can also receive a full refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
