From hot air balloon flights to exploring wine country by foot or on horseback, Temecula is a perfect destination for you. Stay with us for a romantic getaway, work from here with five acres of breathtaking views, or come out with your family to enjoy the privacy and space provided. Please, no parties or events at this property.

Our five-acre hilltop property with Spa and great outdoor space with multiple gas fire pits is located within 5 minutes drive of the wineries and within 10 minutes drive from the Temecula City area, including the historic Old Town Temecula. It is in the perfect location, with a feeling of privacy yet close to everything. Just imagine watching breathtaking California sunsets from your own private mountain or enjoying your morning coffee while watching hot air balloons rise on both sides of the house.

When you enter the home you are welcomed to large sliding doors showcasing a panoramic view of the Temecula Valley. You walk right into an open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. The area features a pool table, ambient electric fireplace (not for heating), large fully equipped kitchen with a massive walk-in pantry to store all your supplies for the trip. The kitchen has an indoor grill, dual ovens, toaster oven, combo K-Cup and regular coffee maker, all the cabinet storage you could ever need, and a large built-in freezer/fridge with filtered water/ice.

The living room also features a 75” TV with soundbar and a comfortable reclining couch to enjoy your time together. There is a ¼ bath and laundry room located just off the living room.

The outdoor area is full of amenities with a built-in outdoor kitchen(BBQ grill/Sink/Bar Counter), Ping Pong table with bench seating, and three fire pits each with their own unique seating. The patios are covered to escape the sun with lighting and fans throughout. There is a six person hot tub next to one of the fire pits for everyone to enjoy the views while by the fire or in the hot tub. Our fire pits, and BBQ grill are connected to the house’s central propane supply so that you never run out.

The home features five bedrooms. Starting with a large master bedroom with a Cal King bed and pull-out twin couch. The master bathroom has a soaking tub, and a beautifully tiled shower for two with Rain, Wall and Handheld shower heads, all with views overlooking the valley. To the right of the main entry is a large two queen bedroom that comfortably sleeps four people. On the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom you will find three bedrooms. Two of these rooms have Queen Beds and one of them has two Twin XL (long twins) beds. On this side of the house is another bathroom with a shower.

The property has two exterior security cameras. There is one over garage and one at the rear entry of the property. In compliance with Riverside code; we use NoiseAware monitoring system for noise compliance. No audio is recorded. A property use rental agreement will be sent for e-signature prior to check-in.

Great house
My family rented this house to celebrate our moms 70th birthday, we had a great time and the house had everything we could have needed and more! Great views and something to do for the whole family. Owner was quick and responsive to all my questions and we had no issues our whole weekend getaway! We loved our stay!

Incredible house for a girls weekend in the wine valley!
An absolutely stunning property! Excellent amenities and very “renter-friendly” with everything labeled for easy use. Very comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces. Plenty of room for our group for hanging around the kitchen, dining at the table, and hanging out around the house/property. Loved the multiple fire pit options and thoroughly enjoyed late evening hot tub time. We also caught a stunning sunset as we were just arriving to the property!
For our group it wasn’t an issue since we are close friends and easily shared, but there are only 2.5 baths for 5 bedrooms. That is probably the only negative to this property, and it wasn’t even a negative for our group since we have been sorority sisters and friends for 20+ years, so we were comfortable.

This is such an amazing place!! The pictures truly don’t do it justice. The hangout spaces were glorious and the view is amazing. The beds were super comfy and the entire space was spotless! It’s a short ride to town, but Ubers were accessible. Steven was communicative and check in/out was very easy. Can’t wait to come back!

We spent my 50th bday here. Although the weather was not ideal unfortunately. This place was cozy and gorgeous and we had the best time. I had booked a hot air balloon for my actual bday but was unfortunately cancelled due to the rain. But we were able to do again the next morning and my gf that stayed at the house was able go take photos of the gorgeous sunrise and the actual hot air balloon we were in from the back yard. Steve was very helpful and responds very quickly. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here. My friends and I were already thinking about coming back again.

We love Steven's place. Clear description. Big enough to accommodate 8 adults and 1 toddler and very clean. And since it's single floor property, we didn't have to worry when she's running around and it's wheelchair friendly as well. Beautiful surrounding. We turned on the fire pit and grilled the steak couple of times, so good ambiance.

My entire family had a great time at this house. The home and area were so relaxing and spacious. Steven was super friendly and very helpful with any information that was needed. He made sure that the home was fully stocked with everything anyone would need and every part of the house was conveniently labeled. When I did happen to have a question Steven returned my message before I even had time to put my phone back down. My family had our Christmas dinner here and the kitchen had everything we needed and was big enough to make the cooking and baking enjoyable. I’m very satisfied with my stay and how great the host was. I will definitely be coming here again and visiting some of Steven’s other properties.

What a wonderful experience! This airbnb made our trip. The house was absolutely gorgeous, extremely clean, and exactly as described in the listing. Check in was smooth and easy. We loved staying at this home. Great location, lots of space for a large group, plenty of parking, and well-stocked kitchen (equipment, coffee maker, etc.). Steven was super easy to communicate with.
