With 6,200 square feet, you will find three natural gas fireplaces, five full bathrooms, and sleeping quarters on the second and third levels of this three story home. The main level provides two separate living areas as well as a gourmet kitchen and dining area. A secluded recreation room on the second level includes a pool table, television, and lounge area. The third level consists of a loft area with three beds, living space, full bath, as well as the final bedroom with two more full size beds and standard crib. You will find this charming yet generous home can be respectable to everyone’s needs for a relaxing and adventurous holiday.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy- A full refund will be given for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If
booked between 30-14 days before check-in, a full refund will be given if cancellation is made
within 24 hours of booking. If cancellation is 7 days before check-in a 50% refund will be given.
No refunds after that. No full or partial refunds will be given for No-Shows or if you arrive after
the first night of your booking or depart before the last night of your reservation. Except as
expressly provided in this Agreement, no refunds or compensation will be given and Pure
Property Management shall not be liable to you for failure to make the property available for
occupancy if the property becomes partially or wholly unusable for any reason outside of Pure
Property Managements control including but not limited to adverse weather conditions, natural
disasters, mechanical failures evacuation orders or other acts of government agencies, or utility
outages.
