Welcome to the desirable city of Deerfield. This beautiful, meticulously kept home offers 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The home offers an open-floor concept with great views into the backyard. In the backyard, you will find a custom-shaped pool, as well as plenty of space to make an oasis of your own.

In order to ensure a worry-free stay. We have two options. One is a $500 refundable deposit or $35 non-refundable damage waiver. The deposit will be returned if no damages or violations (such as smoking) are found during your stay and the waiver will cover damages up to $500.00.

This home is set in a prime location in South Florida. Great shops, restaurants and easy access to freeways. It is only 1 mile from Deerfield beach, rated as one of the nation's cleanest and most environmentally safe beaches. The Cove Plaza is nearby with many conveniences including gourmet grocery stores, a wide range of dining options, shops, salons, and more.

This is a 3 Bedroom and 2 Bathroom single-story house of 1546 sq ft of under A/C living space, private and fenced backyard.
The kitchen is very well stocked and fully equipped - large sink, full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, range, microwave, Keurig coffee machine, toaster, and all the other small appliances, utensils, and cookware you will need.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed, with large shower. It also includes a large closet with organizers. In addition, there is also a desk suitable to work from home as well.
The other two bedrooms have queen-sized beds and closets with organizers.
A second bathroom with bathtub/shower combination, vanity, and toilet is located in the hallway.
The kitchen, living room, and dining area are all open plans. The dining area seats 6. The living room has a smart TV, comfortable sofa and reclining chair
The laundry room has a full-sized washer and dryer as well as room for ironing
Sheets are high quality and mattresses are new comfortable and well protected with mattress encasement, and waterproof mattress protectors.
The private backyard has a lawn area for your pets or kids to enjoy. The backyard has seating, a dining area and lounge area and a gas grill. Expect landscape and maintenance workers to arrive once a week.
Walking your dog is fantastic in this neighborhood; the sidewalks are wide and shaded beautifully by mature trees, there are a number of dog-friendly restaurants and a dog park nearby.

**Some regular maintenance services are required to keep our homes in excellent shape. Be informed that we have regular landscaping service, pool service and pest control management that may come during your stay.
We use an integrated software that will give you access to our Guest Portal at PMI Premium Services. It will send you messages with instructions and guiding through a screening process and contract which are required to release check in instructions.
House Rules
Welcome to our home! It will be ready for check-in after 4 pm on your check in date.
Your personal door code will be sent in another message if you have provided the required information.
Upon checking in please review the house and report any issues. Here are a few things to keep in mind:
1. Check-out time is at 11 am on the day of check out.
2. Parking – Park only on the driveway, 2 cars max, strictly enforced. NO parking on grass or street.
3. Garbage pick-up is on Tuesdays and Fridays. Garbage is guest's responsibility and should be put out on the curb ONLY on garbage pick up days before 7 am, or the night prior.
4. No smoking or vaping inside or on the property ($150 fee)
5. Air conditioning is controlled through the nest dial; this is set between 68 and 78. Please keep all doors windows closed when air conditioning is running. Failure can result in the AC freezing and a maintenance fee of $150.00 will add if the AC freezes.
6. Do not tamper with the security cameras or noise detection devices. Doing so will be cause for immediate removal.
7. Sleeping capacity is 6. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
8. WiFi info will be provide at the check in instructions.
9.***No parties or events*** Please respect the neighbors. As per city rules, the noise levels must be kept to a level to not disturb the neighbors. Quiet hours are between 9 pm-7 am.
10. Damages and breakages should be reported to the manager immediately.
11. Pool service is on Mondays and Thursdays
12. There will be no refunds if the city evict guests for any violations. The house is closely monitored to make sure all rules are being followed.
13. Copyright infringement alert. Do not download and/or share any copyrighted information using our home internet, this includes movies and music. If we were notified of any copyright violation by our internet provider you, the guest, will be responsible for the infringement according to Florida and State law.
