First round on us! This home is owned by Nashville restaurateur, Crosby. Guests will receive a complimentary round of drinks or apps at his new restaurant, Love Language.

This home is centrally located to many hot spots of Nashville. You can walk to the Gulch, but are a quick Uber or drive from any part of town.

Notes

We are equipped with 24/7 motion-activated Ring cam that captures audio and video, exclusively monitoring the front door, and surveillance camera in backyard (Only entrances recorded) to ensure your safety while respecting your privacy indoors.

House Rules

No parties or events allowed. Your reservation will be cancelled with no refund and authorities contacted in the event of an unauthorized party.

No smoking allowed. (Smoking inside will result in a $300 add'l cleaning fee, cigarette trash pick up will result in a $50 add'l cleaning fee)

No pets allowed.

No more than 6 unregistered guests allowed to visit at a time. Unregistered guests are not permitted to sleep at the house. Please contact your host for conditional approval of any extra guests.

Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.

Please respect the noise curfew. No outdoor music after 8pm and please keep noise inside to a respectable level.

Please respect check-in and check-out times. The cleaning team is scheduled to arrive shortly after your check out time. A late fee of $50/30min after designated check out time will be charged for any late check out not previously discussed and approved.

Please load the dishwasher with any dishes used on your way out.

Please take care of the furnishings. Any damages will be charged to the guest.

Please don’t rearrange the furniture.

No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Guest must provide their address/location (per a state issued ID) on their profile. Host to verify by requesting guests ID, as needed.

No local reservations allowed (guest must reside > 50 miles from Nashville).
