Neighborhood

The house is in the Panama City Beach , West End neighborhood. It is right off Front Beach Road on the west side of Panama City Beach, FL. This neighborhood does not have high rises or condos and is a quiet, less populated area. Great for walking to local favorites or just stay at home and hit the beautiful white sand beaches. The house is in a four complex home community with a beautiful, quiet shared pool.

**The pool heater is NOT currently working. The HOA has the pool heater repair as a 2023 budget item.**

**Extended stay Discounts (Greater than 13 and 21 days) can only be applied for Down season - (December - excluding holiday season-, January, and February.)

House Rules

No smoking or vaping inside the home. Cirgarret butts must be property disposed of and not left on grounds of the property

Three cars per stay. There is limited parking in the driveway. No street parking.

No unregistered guests and no overnight visitors.

Quiet hours are 12 am-8 am. No outdoor music during quiet hours. If visiting outside during quiet hours please be considerate of neighbors with respect to noise from talking (i.e. no screaming or yelling)

Dispose of garbage in the trash bins at the rear of the home next to the parking spaces (blue trash cans). Trash pick-up is Tuesday and Friday.

No pets allowed.

Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door when leaving the home.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to the booking agency.

Compliance with checkout procedure (to be supplied at the time of check-in and again before check-out).

Keep a close eye on children when around the pool, jacuzzi, and on decks/balconies.

Please do not loiter around or on neighboring properties.

Absolutely no large parties or events are allowed.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
