FEATURING: three custom outdoor pools; a full-size indoor basketball court; a 72 seat movie theater with a 17-foot screen, commercial audio/visual, and a stage for family talent shows and corporate presentations; crane machines; nature trails that meander thru magical forests and fields on our private 130 acres; side-by-side candlepin bowling alleys; an indoor mini-golf course; a 90 person conference room with unbelievable views; a yoga room; a toddler room with tiny tables and chairs for arts-and-crafts; a giant kitchen and dining room; and a mind-bending treasure hunt that leads to secret rooms, clues and passageways!

Everything is furnished and cleaned with the same high standards as the rest of the Hilltop Mansion properties. Enter over the drawbridge and thru the oversized, custom castle doors. Prepare yourself for a one-of-a- kind experience as you step into the Castle’s gigantic main entrance. This room is sure to impress your guests! In this grand foyer are sets of armor, tapestries, plush seating and views of the custom-shaped pools at the center of the property. The entire castle is built into a horseshoe shape so that every single room, including every bedroom, has a view of the courtyard and the dazzling pools at its center. Like the pool at Hilltop Mansion, heating is optional.

BEDROOMS 1 – 16. Each bedroom has a custom private bathroom, a 'smart' TV, and sliding glass doors leading outside to the courtyard pools. All twenty-six beds in the castle have hotel-quality linens that have been professionally cleaned and pressed for sound sleeping. Bedrooms 1-6 and 9-14 each have one queen bed. Bedrooms 7 and 15 each have four twin beds (bunk beds). Bedrooms 8 and 16 each have two queen beds. (Bedrooms 6 and 14 are handicapped equipped and ADA compliant.)

Interaction

There is a number to call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week should you have any issues during your stay. The Hilltop properties pride themselves in excellent service and are always on call. We are happy to spend as much time as needed to answer any questions leading up to your stay as well.

RULES AND REGULATIONS 1. No Smoking or Hookahs indoors. 2. Using the pool, sauna, or hot tub is at Licensee(s) own risk. 3. Licensee(s) are not allowed to enter into any closets marked as private. 4. No outdoor music. 5. No underage drinking. The drinking age in Pennsylvania is twenty-one (21) years of age. 6. No use of any illegal drugs. 7. Licensee(s) are not to pour grease down any sinks. 8. Licensee(s) are not to move furniture. 9. No fireworks. 10. No vendors allowed on premises without Licensor’s written approval. 11. No children under the age of eighteen (18) are allowed in the conference room, movie theater, or game room without adult supervision. 12. No driving or parking on the grass. 13. No glass allowed in the pool area. 14. No slip-n-slides, bouncy houses, or anything that would damage the lawn. 15. No plugging in and charging of electric vehicles without prior consent. *Please note: We reserve the right to keep or deduct from your security deposit if the above Rules and Regulations are not followed.

Cancellation Policy

Any cancellations will not receive a refund, however, we will try to rebook your dates for the same terms and conditions. If we are successful, we will refund your payment minus a 10% administrative fee.
