We’re so excited to not only welcome you to our hometown but we’re eager for you to stay here and enjoy our very first rental condo in the heart of downtown Kelowna.

At Justin and Jillian Properties, we're all about saying yes to new adventures! Staying with us is all about making memories and enjoying what Kelowna has to offer. So, grab a glass of wine, kick back, relax, and soak in that Okanagan state of mind. [Business License No. 4085391]

Kelowna is one of our favourite places in the world and it just so happens to be the place we are so lucky to call “home”. Our condo is located in the heart of downtown Kelowna and close to all of our favourite spots!

You’re just a walk, bike, or a short drive away from some of the most amazing restaurants right here in the Okanagan. Some of our personal favourites include; Cactus Club Cafe (Kelowna Yacht Club), Sprout, and Naked Cafe. If you’re in the “it’s 5 O’Clock somewhere” mood, you’re just a block away from BNA Brewing and The Rustic Reel. If beer isn’t your thing make sure to pop by Sandhill Winery for a tasting or better yet, grab a bottle to enjoy on our patio!

If you are looking to spend your days outdoors, you can hop on over to Knox Mountain for a hike filled with breathtaking views. Or pack your bathing suit and head down to the beach for a dip in Okanagan Lake! The options are endless here in the Okanagan, we hope you LOVE it as much as we do!!


Our condo is roughly 500 SQ FT and is the perfect space for a girls getaway, a romantic weekend with your loved one, or a quaint escape for your family. The master bedroom boasts a king size bed from Haven Sleep Co. (which will have you craving breakfast in bed!) and there is extra room to lay your head thanks to the pull-out couch situated in the living room.

On the same floor, we have a small storage locker for you to use and store any of your belongings. It’s the perfect spot for your skis or snowboards (if you are planning on hitting the slopes up at Big White) or for your bikes, paddleboards, and golf clubs if you are visiting us during our gorgeous Okanagan summers.

No need to worry about parking, we’ve got you covered (literally). We have a secured underground space for you to use and a key fob for you to come and go as you please!

No parties . No Pets Allowed unless discussed and approved with management in specific units. General How to Host Inc is registered in the city of Kelowna and the province of British Columbia, Canada. Provincial and city laws apply to this organization. How to Host Inc. reserves the right to update and change these terms and conditions unilaterally. All disputes resulting from the use of this website and for which How to Host Inc. can be held liable, should be brought before the court in British Columbia, which is declared competent to become exclusively acquainted with these disputes. Use of this website You guarantee that you are 18 or over and legally entitled to enter into contracts, and that you will use this website in accordance with these general terms and conditions. You also declare that you have sufficient financial means and the authority to act with regards to your activities on this website. Furthermore, you guarantee that all the information which is given by you or members of your household, with regards to the use of this website, are true and correct. You understand that excessive use or misuse of the booking facilities on this website may result in your being denied access to these facilities. Any false or fraudulent booking is forbidden without any limitation. Privacy How to Host Inc. respects your privacy. Under no circumstances will we give your personal data to third parties, unless we are legally bound to do so. The Privacy Statement explains which data are processed, how your data is used, and what your rights are. Bookings How to Host Inc. only sends your booking to the home. The booking itself is a transaction between the home and the customer making the booking. How to Host Inc. reserves the right to refuse a booking. How to Host Inc ensures price transparency by clearly stating any extra charges and cleaning fees next to reservations so that you won't be hit by any unpleasant surprises. These service charges must be paid at all times. Cancellation Policy: You will receive a 100% refund up to 30 Days before arrival. 50% after 30 days, and no refund can be issued after 14 days.

By strata law, we may not grant entry by way of the buzzer after 11 PM. After 11 PM, the buzzer system shuts down for security purposes. This means that if you leave your unit at night and forget your fob, you will not be able to get into the building.

The buzzer system is meant for initial entry only. Once you are in your unit and have retrieved your keys, you need to use the fob provided to you to regain access to the building. If you have a garage parking space, your fob also provides access to the garage.

When we pick up the buzzer upon initial entry, please state your name and the name of the unit you are checking into. We will then know you are in the building and have arrived safely.

We don't want you to get stuck outside! We take the security of our guests and properties very seriously. Please be mindful of your fob at all times and ensure you take it with you when you leave. Please also never let anybody in through the front door that does not have their own fob.


Cancellation Policy

14 days or less prior to arrival. No refund issued unless "Grace Period" applies. More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund issued.

Very cute Airbnb. I had everything I needed and thoroughly enjoyed my time there. Please fix the number 2 on the fob so it is readable. Also it was very difficult to see the number of the parking spot because of all the dirt in the garage.
