We've designed this home to help families connect while escaping the hustle of everyday life and minimizing the distractions of technology. Don't worry, we have wifi here!

We call this home "The Family Room" because we believe that spending time together as a family is the most important ingredient for building a healthy family. We've personally found that some of the most fun and meaningful conversations we've had as a family happen while we're playing and crafting together.

While you're here, check out our game closet, use our bluetooth speaker for a family dance party, host an air hockey or ping pong tournament, go swimming, play tetherball, volleyball, or badminton, shoot some baskets, explore the walking trail off the cul-de-sac for a beautiful sunset experience, and keep an eye out for the wild horses!

House Rules

[No Drugs or Alcohol] The possession and use of marijuana, alcohol, or drugs of any kind is not permitted on the premises during your rental period. [Occupancy] The Property has a maximum overnight occupancy of six (6) adults (and their related dependent children). Gatherings of more than sixteen (16) people are not permitted on the premises during the rental period without the prior written consent of Jireh HomeShare Group. Guests, other than those in the party provided, may not stay overnight on the property; All guests are the sole responsibility of the renter [Noise] Music and/or excessive noise outdoors (i.e., yelling, noise amplification, musical instruments, animal barking etc) must be kept to a respectful minimum at all times. Noise levels must be kept strictly under 60 dBA during the day. Outdoor Music is not permitted after 9PM. No amplification devices or musical instruments can be used outdoors or can be audible outside the home at any time, day or night. Guests must be mindful of their noise levels at all time; Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9PM-8AM; Parties / events, lack of decorum and disruptive noise will not be tolerated; If the neighbors are disturbed, Jireh HomeShare Group reserves the right to ask the tenant to vacate the premises with no refund; [Fireplace / Fire Pit] Wood burning fires are seasonally prohibited in Maricopa County, Arizona from May 1st - September 30th. [Pets] No pets are allowed [Parking] Street parking is strictly prohibited. Do not exceed the maximum allowable vehicles. All vehicles must be parked on the paved driveway, or in designated parking areas. [Prevent & Report Damages] Renters are responsible for doing a house walkthrough and reporting any damage upon entering the home; Tenant must maintain all property and furnishings in good order; Tenant may only use appliances for their intended use; [House Use] Guests may not send packages to the house they are renting; All trash must be taken out and placed in either the trash or recycling bins located on the side of the house. See also pages 5 -6 of Short Term Rental Agreement. [Fines & Fees] An additional cleaning charge of at least $200 may be incurred, if, upon departure the Premises is found to require more than the normal departure cleaning. Violation of the no smoking policy will result in a minimum fine or $1,000 and damage liability of up to $5,000 for any discovered damage to furniture or any odors. A $1,000 fine will be issued for breaking any of our house rules.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in.

If you cancel this Agreement more than seven (7) days before check-in, then Guest may receive a 50% refund. Any cancellations within seven (7) days of the check-in date are non-fundable.

If you desire, prior to your period of occupancy, to reduce the total days of your occupancy, you must contact us directly to arrange for a revised period of occupancy and you agree and understand that you will not be entitled to any refund of your deposit and may not be entitled to any refund of your booking fee.

If you decide during your occupancy to reduce the total days of occupancy, you are not entitled to any refund of your deposit or booking fee.

You agree and understand that neither you nor any person in your travel party are under any circumstances entitled to occupy the property at any time prior to, or after, the period of occupancy and that doing so will result in additional fees and penalties including, but not limited to, the full daily rate charged with respect to your booking and any costs associated with interference with cleaning and maintenance personnel and other guests.
