Most likely I will be traveling myself while you are visiting my home. I'm always reachable via text, iMessage, phone, and email to assist you during your stay. If you need advice on what to do or where to go (restaurants, outdoor adventures, nightlife, art, music, more!) I know all about the city, so don't be afraid to ask.

Neighborhood

The house is located on a quiet street but it is just a one-minute walk to Venice Boulevard with all of its unique restaurants. An incredible Indian and Thai restaurant, as well as a convenience store, are all within walking distance.

Plenty of free street parking is always available.

Access

Please make yourselves at home! There is a fire pit, two outdoor decks, iron, hair dryer, fresh linens and towels, fully equipped kitchen and two cozy bedrooms. There are two TV's with Netflix, 1000/1000 fiber internet access via WiFi/Ethernet and a Washer/Dryer for your use.

Plenty of free street parking is available right in front of the house.

My house is located in a quiet neighborhood just one walking minute from Venice Blvd. Venice Beach and Abbott Kinney are just a short bike ride away. My neighborhood has plenty of street parking which is extremely uncommon for this area.

There is plenty of free street parking available right in front of the house. If needed a paid, private spot, right in front of the driveway can also be made available upon request.

A separate guest house is located behind my home. The guest house has a separate, private, entrance and has no access access to the backyard or any other area of my home. There are no shared spaces.

Notes

The outdoor spaces can only be used between 8am - 10pm. Please close doors and windows at night to keep all noise indoors after 10pm.

No parties/events/additional guests allowed at any time. Gatherings of more than 4 people are in violation with Los Angeles' Short Term Rental Policy.

Always cover all outdoor furniture after each use. Clean the BBQ after each use.

No commercial photography/filming allowed at the property without prior written consent
