This beautiful Seacrest home features a private saltwater pool and is less than a 2-minute walk to the beach.
Elevate your experience in this custom-built home which hosts 14 people comfortably without pull-out couches or roll-a-way beds. The bedrooms all contain en-suite bathrooms providing comfort and privacy for each guest. You’ll find smart TVs located throughout the home, and two bedrooms located on the first floor to ensure easier accessibility

Space

The first floor bedrooms consist of a king suite and a double queen suite, accommodating 6 guests on this level. The king suite invites you to a world full of relaxation and ease and encourages creativity by supplying a desk area for those in need. The double queen suite has two queen beds and a large walk-in closet for all of your belongings.

The second floor has another king suite and a custom bunk room that the kids will love. The king suite has the perfect touch of elegance and another desk area. The bunk room has double queen beds and two twins. The bunk room alone will accommodate 6! The bunk room has an air hockey table and a smart tv for a perfect kids’ retreat. The fifth bedroom is a king suite.

For late night snacks or early morning coffee, there is a second floor kitchenette, which is equipped with a mini-refrigerator and microwave. Everything you and your family needs for a relaxing retreat is here waiting for you at Solara.

Notes

Take your place on the farmhouse-inspired front porch and soak up the outdoors as you enjoy your morning coffee and a 30A sunrise. You’ll find endless family entertainment in the rear two level outdoor space. This space boasts an outdoor saltwater pool (which can be heated for additional cost), a gas grill, and a dining space. Find your inner grill master on this commercial grill with adjacent prep space and an outdoor sink perfect for carrying out those anticipated vacation meals.

On the lower level, relax in the evenings with a friendly game of ping-pong, corn hole, or lounge on the outdoor bed-swing. There is additional outdoor lounging and relaxation space for card games or soaking up the sun. There is something for everyone. For crisp beach evenings, warm up at the fire pit with some toasty s’mores and a cup of hot chocolate.

Inside you’ll find the large, well-equipped kitchen flows into a 10-foot custom farm-house table with a built-in bench that is ample enough to accommodate the entire family. After dinner, sink into the large comfortable sectional couch for late night conversation or to enjoy the selection of board games we’ve provided for you.

Cancellation Policy

Reservations of 14 days or longer: 90 days prior to Guest Check-in and reservations of less than 14 days: 60 days prior to Guest Check-In. Your reservation deposit will be refunded, less a cancellation fee and the non-refundable booking fee.
