Welcome to the newly renovated Pine Lakeview Cottage where you can relax and recharge year round! We’re in the perfect spot for friends and family to get together.

We provide all the amenities to make your stay a memorable experience including a canoe, 2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards. The cottage comfortably sleeps 10 with 4 bedrooms and 2 wood burning fireplaces. Pets allowed too!

You have complete private access to the full cottage, yard and dock.

Neighborhood

Once off highway 11 the drive to the cottage is magical! You'll feel the stress melt away as you make your way through the Muskoka forest to your cottage retreat!

Access

Guests will be entering from the main entrance at front of the property. You will have complete access to the entire cottage, yard and private dock.

Space

Our family has enjoyed spending lots of time at the cottage the last few years but we've decided to open up and share with others this summer. We hope you enjoy it as much as we have!!

You’ll love cooking a delicious meal in the fully equipped kitchen or grilling outside on the Propane BBQ. At night enjoy staring at the stars or lounging in the fully enclosed Muskoka Room playing cards.

Outside you’ll enjoy eating on the patio or curling up in a Muskoka chair to relax and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. You can also soak in the gorgeous views of Pine Lake before sundown each day on the dock. In the winter you can enjoy ice fishing, snowmobiling or wonderful winter walks. In the summer, we have a canoe, kayaks, paddle boards, fishing boat (not motorized), lily pads and lots of beach toys for kids (life jackets available).

Living Area
Enjoy lounging in the living room, with many windows, you’ll never miss the sunshine or breathtaking views. What better way to spend a cool evening than sitting around playing cards or watching your favorite show on our Smart TV.

Kitchen
Enjoy the newly renovated kitchen with brand new appliances including a fridge/freezer, range, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, teapot, toaster, pots and pans, cooking basics, dishware, flatware and sharp knives. Coffee, tea, filters, sugar are also included. Propane BBQ is also available for use outside. While our cottage is a 20-minute drive to restaurants in town, you may want to stay in and enjoy cooking your own meals with your family and friends!!

There is also access to a washer and dryer.

Total of 4 Bedrooms:
• Master: 1 king bed, armoire, and en-suite bathroom with walk in shower.
• 2nd Bedroom upstairs: Includes 1 king and 1 twin size bed.
• 3rd Bedroom (lower level): Includes 2 queen size beds.
• 4th Bedroom (lower level): Includes 1 double bed with an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
• All bedrooms are fitted with bedding, blankets, and pillows.

Bathrooms:
All come supplied with towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryer.
• 1 master en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower
• 1 main washroom upstairs with walk-in shower
• 1 washroom in lower level with walk-in shower

Outdoor Area
Whether your plans are to spend your days lounging in the sun by the lake or hanging out in the Muskoka Room, there's so much to do! You can also go for a tour of the little towns or local shops or go for a bike ride or hike.

Pets are allowed in the house, but not furniture or beds. When booking note that we do charge an extra fee for pets due to the additional cleaning that is required after.

* Please note that because we are in the county, the Internet can go out occasionally. Outages usually don't last more than an hour and don't happen that often, but it's good to be aware if you're planning to work. We also have a small generator in case the power goes out so you can still use the stove and some lights.

Notes

Life Jackets are provided. We have 1 canoe, 2 Kayaks and 2 paddle boards and 1 fishing boat (not motorized) you are welcome to use (at your own risk). Sand box is for kids to make sand castles and play.

House Rules

1. Check-in time is 4:00pm

2. Check-out time is 10:00am - if you (or guest) decide not to follow any of our Airbnb house rules, of which triggers a refund or discount to the next guest, you will be held responsible for any loss of income to the host.

4. You are welcome to have fires in the fit pit at your own risk between the hours of 6:00pm and 8:00am as per City of Bracebridge bi-laws. Do not leave the firepit burning if no one is watching it, use the mesh cover to reduce flying ambers.

5. Be kind to neighbours, quite time is 11:00pm.

6. No eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please enjoy your meal in the dining room, kitchen or outdoor spaces.

7. Keep doors and windows with no screens closed at all times to avoid bugs coming into the cottage. At night try to go in door with minimal lights on.

8. Report any damage and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported to Airbnb.

9. Make sure to turn off the lights, appliances and electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

10. No smoking of any kind inside the Airbnb.

11. No parties or events are allowed.

12. Before checkout put used dishes in dishwasher and run load. and put all used towels on floor in washrooms.

13. All waste should be left in Bear Safe Green Garbage Bin, placed on the right side of the cottage, turn up yellow flag to alert truck to pick up. - Summer Season: Curbside garbage pickup in this area is available starting May and it’s done every Monday morning. - Spring/Winter/Fall Season: All garbage / recycling is collected on Fridays by our cleaning team and brought to the dump. - If bins are full, please contact us immediately to arrange a pick-up to avoid any issues with animals. - Closest Transfer Station / Landfill: Baysville Waste Facility 3901 Brunel Road, Baysville .

14. Being in the country, our water is well water but it is filter and safe to drink. We also have a septic tank so only toilet paper down the toilet please!

15. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and are grounds for immediate eviction from the property.

16. Furniture is to be kept in their current placement, dragging chairs or tables on the floor will leave scratches and/or damage the furniture.

17. We do have beach toys, noodles and water mats you can use in the bins but please don’t forget to put them back so they don't fly away.

18. We have kayaks, paddle boards, canoe and fishing boat available for use at your own risk. There are various sized life jackets available, please wear at all times. Children under 16 should not be out alone in kayaks either.

19. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens and towels. Please avoid using the white hand/bath towels with all skin products. Please use our provided dark make-up washcloths. Un-salvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest, $20 for each damaged towel and $20 for each damaged sheet. Pet Rules

Cancellation Policy

Strict: Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
