It is close to town amenities and is a perfect mix of yesteryear and today. With an unbeatable location to the Gulf, springs, trails, and nearby historic towns, you and yours can have a memorable time staying on the grounds or day tripping to nearby attractions. Sip lemonade on the back porch as you watch your pups play in the fenced yard. Or enjoy native birds, butterflies, and dragonflies as they drop in while you grill out and picnic in the backyard.

Two blocks from the Shiny Crab you are able to launch your boat or take in a meal at the world-renowned Blackwater Restaurant. Enjoy a relaxing stroll or bike ride down the quiet streets or bring your golf cart as Yankeetown is a golf cart friendly community.

For the spring hoppers, you are about 10 minutes away from Crystal River where you can experience Hunter Springs, Three Sisters Springs or King’s Landing. In the other direction, you are about 20 minutes from Rainbow Springs State Park and KP Hole depending on traffic. House Rules

Guest agrees to abide by all house rules on our property information page. Maximum occupancy includes children and infants. Pets considered, but require written approval, aggressive breads will not be considered. Pets will be charged at $200 per stay. Property exterior is monitored by security cameras. Guest agrees to pay all costs and expenses, as determined in the sole judgment of the Property Manager, of repair or replacement for any and all damages of whatever origin or nature which may have occurred during the term of the stay.

Cancellation Policy

100% refund for cancelled trips 30 days prior to trip start, 50% refund for trips cancelled between 14 and 30 days prior to trip start, no refund for trips cancelled within 14 days of trips start date.
