This home truly has one of the best locations on the entire lake and has updated bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, and an incredible hot tub to soak in after a day of active adventures. You'll also love spending time in our large, brand new sauna! We've thought of everything in this home and we would love to share it with you!

Additionally, our cancellation policy is as follows: A full refund will be given as long as you cancel 60 days or more before arrival. 50% refund if you cancel at least 30 days before arrival, and no refund if you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival. If we can rebook the property for the same dates and price, we will provide you with a full refund, even if you cancel less than 60 days before arrival. Just a short walk takes you to the sunny shores of Patton Beach (dog-friendly), hiking trails, kayaking, miniature golf, as well as to local restaurants (World famous GarWoods Grill, CB's Pizza, and the Old Post Office Cafe - YUM!).
Our retreat is located 10-20 minutes from major ski resorts (Northstar, Alpine, Squaw Valley and Homewood for cross country, snowmobiling, ice skating and sledding), and several golf courses. During the summer you can also go horseback riding, waterskiing, wakeboarding, fishing, rock climbing, bicycling, snorkeling and of all things.... YOU CAN REST.
You are close to public transportation to the ski hills if you choose to take TART (Tahoe Area Regional Transit).
**While this looks like the ideal home to get your PARTY on-- it's really not. This is a place designed for quiet relaxation. We follow all rules and regs from Placer County which means no noise over 40 dB between the hours of 10pm and 9am. We expect all of our guests to RESPECT our neighbors and the fact that this home is in a residential area**
**IF YOU ARE BRINGING PETS, WE DO CHARGE A $50/PET RENT PER DOG PER STAY (a) Keep the Premises as clean and safe as the conditions of the Premises permit, and cause no unsafe or unsanitary conditions in the common areas and remainder of the Premises that you use; (b) Dispose of all ashes, rubbish, garbage, and other waste in a clean and safe manner; (c) Keep all plumbing fixtures in the Premises or used by the Tenant as clean as their condition permits; (d) Not deliberately or negligently destroy, deface, damage, or remove any part of the Premises or render inoperable the smoke detector provided by the Owner, or knowingly permit any person to do so; (e) Comply with all obligations imposed upon the Tenant by current applicable building and housing codes; (f) Be responsible for all damage, defacement, or removal of any property inside the Premises that is in your control unless the damage, defacement, or removal was due to ordinary wear and tear, acts of the Owner or Owner’s agent, defective products supplied or repairs authorized by the Owner, acts of third parties not invitees of the Tenant, or natural forces; and (g) Notify owner in writing of the need of replacement of and/or repairs to a smoke detector, and replacing the batteries as needed during the tenancy. You agree not to use the Premises for any activity or purpose that violates any law or governmental regulation. (h) 3-night minimum stay required **PLEASE NOTE, PLACER COUNTY REQUIRES A 10% HOTEL TAX ON ALL STAYS LESS THAN 30 DAYS. THIS WILL BE BILLED AS A SEPARATE LINE ITEM**
