This lovely retreat is in an ideal location, steps from the base lodge, with easy access to the ski lifts at Granby Ranch, hiking and biking trails, world class golfing and fishing. The unit faces the slope, so it’s like having a ski hill in your backyard...just head downstairs and out the back door to begin your adventures!
Slopeside Vista is one the premier properties within the Base Camp One condo building, which is nestled at the base of the Granby Ranch Ski and Bike resort. This spacious home has 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and everything you need for a comfortable stay (updated finishes, tasteful furniture, modern electronics and breathtaking views of the slope). Perfect for families and large groups, this property can sleep 10 plus an additional child in the provided pack-n-play.
Parking is a breeze with the heated underground garage. You can arrive at Granby Ranch, park your car, unload your bags on a luggage cart and take the elevator up to the unit. No need to bundle up and trudge through ice and snow or up stairs to prepare for your vacation.
As a top floor unit, this luxurious home boasts vaulted ceilings and incredible views of the surrounding countryside from almost every room. The condo includes a gas fireplace, spacious dining area, fully-equipped kitchen and cozy living area that provides ample room for your group to lounge. It’s warm, upgraded finishes and cozy furnishings provide a creative, homey touch to this mountain getaway. A balcony overlooking the ski hill provides space to relax and enjoy the beauty of your surroundings.
After a long day on the slopes, you will find convenient storage for your gear with a dedicated storage locker available for your use on the main level of the complex. Once inside, you’ll be ready to relax and enjoy your favorite show on one of the many TVs or soak your sore muscles in the community hot tub and heated pool, both of which are available for your enjoyment.

Guests will have access to everything that our home has to offer! Upgraded finishes, cozy furnishings, towels and linens. Parking for one vehicle is available in the heated garage below the complex. A storage locker for ski or and golf equipment is available for your use in the locker room on the first level. The kitchen, all living & sleeping areas and balcony are available for your full use. The community pool, located next to the condo complex, is available for guest use and features a heated pool and hot tub that are available year-round.
The kitchen has all you will need for preparing meals including full size appliances and kitchenware. Included in the kitchen are supplies for cooking and baking, including utensils and knives. Dishes and glassware, as well as a crock pot, blender, hand mixer and toaster are available for your use. In addition, there are some basic spices and a drip coffee maker.
Master (sleeps 2): features a king size bed, connected bathroom with a double vanity, tub and shower, views of the slope and a TV
Junior Suite (sleeps 4): Queen bed with full size trundle bed underneath, attached bathroom and TV

What do you love about your home?
We love everything about this place! In particular, that it’s a top floor unit with vaulted ceilings and lots of windows and light. The balcony overlooks ski slope, it has beautiful views throughout and it provides easy access to the lifts. It is a large unit that sleeps up to 10 (11 with the pack-n-play), with 1,600 square feet, three full beds and three full baths. The kitchen is well-stocked and includes high-end appliances and finishes.
What makes your home especially unique?
The fact that you are literally steps away from the lifts at Granby Ranch. Also, with it being a top floor unit, it has vaulted ceilings, lots of windows and natural light and incredible views of the slope and lodge. Best of all, there is no one above you, so the unit is very quiet.
What else would you like renters to know?
We purchased the vacation home after visiting during Spring Break and falling in love with the community and all it has to offer. We are excited to give others the opportunity to enjoy Granby Ranch and all the amenities and activities. We see this as our second home, and hope renters feel comfortable and welcome, and become repeat visitors.
