What a great stay! It was a great set up for our family of four. It was easy access to Sundance for skiing, snowshoeing, and dining. Lots and lots of snow for sledding, snowmen, snow ball fights, hot tubbing and cozying up by the fire. Thanks for hosting us and for your extra care making sure we were able to arrive safely before roads were closed due to the snow storm!

This is a beautiful and secluded cabin, nestled right up to a serene river. It snowed heavily while I was there and it was just so peaceful and jaw-dropping. The hosts were proactive, and had perfect instructions to anything needed. I would definitely stay here again.

Wow. Easily the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. The details are amazing- robes, hottub, full kitchen, grill, lazy boy recliners, swings outside, board games, tons of indoor and outdoor lighting. From the moment we arrived (with the lights already on for us and the hottub freshly cleaned/ warming up) until our last morning of hot coffee on the deck watching the leaves fall, we loved it. I appreciate the proactive messages and the quick response times. We really appreciated that it is dog friendly and they provided blankets for the dog to sleep on the floor. Everything was perfectly clean. Cannot wait to come back

Really wonderful get away in Sundance Utah. It was the perfect little spot for four of us to get away from Salt Lake City and celebrate my daughters first birthday together without distractions. Lots of reading and relaxing outside. Loved how close the location was to the resort, we enjoyed bbqing in the evening and getting breakfast at the resort in the mornings.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed the cabin on the stream. Property is rustic and furnished appropriately to the environment with nice overstuffed chairs and cool décor. House was fully stocked with all amenities, towels, etc. There was the most wonderful stream running through the yard and we brought our cornhole game which was a lot of fun playing by the edge of the stream.
We might have missed the fact that the downstairs bedroom is a separate suite, only accessible from the outside. This wasn't a big deal however, as it offers a bit more privacy when sharing the property with family/friends.
Our Host was highly responsive and attentive to all needs. We had a minor outdoor lighting issue when some decorative string lights weren't operating. The hosts immediately attended to and fixed the issue. We also missed emptying a drawer of clothing upon exit and we were able to coordinate a pick up. Thank you for a wonderful stay in the mountains...we'll certainly be back!

Wonderful Get Away | |
The Treehouse on the Stream provided a wonderful location to get away from it all! The cabin has it all and more. We drank coffee on the deck, had cocktails by the stream, dinner on the most amazing rock table and evenings on the swings and in the hot tub.
Great place to hop over to Sundance for a play on the mountain, as well as great hikes. And convenient access to float the Provo river.
The downstairs apartment made it perfect to invite friends at the beginning and family at the end with some time for our family alone in the middle. Everyone commented on how wonderful the cabin and location were.
Already thinking about coming back next year and maybe exploring another one of the mountain cabins. if we can tear ourselves away from the Treehouse.

I can’t stay away. After a solo retreat into the mountains, my sister begged to join next time. By all accounts she’ll be booking another trip herself with or without me. Everything felt so comfortable with the added thrill of rushing water from record precipitation and thunderstorms and free fallen pine. This mountain property never disappoints and the owners are a delight to work with. Thanks again!

Rustic cabin in a beautiful setting. Wild weather made for an unforgettable experience. Comfortable, cozy, had all the amenities. There is a ladder that you have to climb to access the lower level, or walk around outside on a slippery icy trail to get to and from. Adventurous!

The treehouse has very modern amenities inside. The host is very welcoming and Pamela sent out very clear instructions about how to check in. I like the cabin decorations (feels like I had a good escape in the mountain cabin). The place is very spacious and the view is very nice. It’s very quiet and you get enough privacy. It’s a nice place to hangout with friends/spend vacation time.

Been thinking for a couple days how to word a review for this place.
Pros: the location/setting along the River is peaceful and beautiful. They have ample towels for showering and hot tub. Ability to use real fireplace in winter is fun with plenty of wood. Comfortable furniture and beds that are mostly nice.
Cons: it’s not very clean. Every corner and air vent has lots of hair/dirt. The air vents look like they have months worth of hair and grime on them. They place signs everywhere to turn lights off and save electricity. What this reminds you of is these owners are cheap…and it shows in the furnishings and dated nature of the place. Rustic is the word that should be used again and again describing a place that has few updates. We can tell when places we rent from don’t reinvest in their places. Another example is the roof; no heat tape or ability to melt the snow, it’s very easy to solve if they spend $$. Their approach is dangerous. We left a day early, it just wasn’t worth it.

Great place in the woods, private and quiet. Great communication, easy check-in. Lots of thoughtful touches like blanks, lots of towels, robes, fire wood, The TV was on w music playing when we got there. Hot tub hot and ready to use. The downstairs has its own living room, mini kitchen, full bath so the property would work well for 4-6 people. All the cook ware, grill, toaster, coffee maker, blender etc.
I would recommend that u have all wheel or 4 wheel drive if staying late Oct to Apr as it did snow in late Oct during our stay. Highly recommend.

Our family loved the isolated location of this beautiful property! Beautiful remote location but only a 25 min drive to Costco! It was super quiet during the day but our neighbors were rowdy in the evenings till early morning. We bought fans at Costco which helped with the heat and evening noise. The cabin is covered with beautiful trees but it was still over 73 degrees in the house and no central air. The stream and the swings were the BEST! Adults and children loved swinging and listening to the stream. I wish we had packed more bug spray. We hug our hammocks and enjoyed afternoon naps by the stream. No fish in the stream but Provo River is right there. Communication with the owner was wonderful before our stay. Once we arrived communication went dark till after we left. Parking is for 2 cars. We had 4 cars, an inconvenience we had not anticipated. We did not know where to park and with no communication from the owner we just shuttled family from the resort. The owner reported being out of town but I do not understand how that prevented her from communicating or telling us she would be unavailable. Also, there was a mouse issue downstairs. It was very cute and organized, but there were issues with stinky bed sheets and dirty floors. Not a big deal, we just washed the sheets and did a quick clean. Lots of garbage bags and cleaning supplies are under the kitchen sink. The kitchen was fully stocked and we had everything we needed for cooking and cleaning.

If we could come back every summer, we would. What a special place. We had big family dinners, a movie night, hiked Stewart Falls, drove the Alpine Loop, and spent lots of time in the backyard under towering trees listening to the water and our kids having the best time with their cousins. (They loved the big swings!) The Treehouse is wonderful. Thank you so much, Pamela!

Wonderful nature setting, right next to North Fork of Provo River. Great natural deep cold plunge pool in creek next to wooden bridge up the road 100 yards if anyone likes to do Wim Hoff cold water therapy. On May 7, 2022, water temp was 44 F degrees! And the hot tub afterwards was a comforting 101 F. The Treehouse is aptly named with a tree growing right through the back deck too. Unique huge stone table was perfect for family meals as well. Thanks again

The Treehouse on the Stream is equal parts dated and timeless with a natural splendor few locations can hope to compare. The stream alone adds a roaring character that’s tough to forget. And the cabin felt like a second mountain home right away. Pamela was very helpful and they provided great detail and convenience throughout this tucked away location. Lit up at night or by the light of the moon and stars, this is my new favorite camping site, vacation home, and recreational trip the minute I book my next one. Can not recommend enough.

Too Smoky | |
We liked the cabin and its setting very much. It was well stocked with supplies and comfortably furnished. The owner, Pamela, was thoughtful and courteous. The lack of interior access between floors was the only inconvenience. However, it smelled throughout of wood smoke, although we did not use the fireplace. We became accustomed to it during our stay, but it left our clothing and belongings stinking off smoke, including in my case a CPAP I use for apnea that still smells of smoke, hindering its usefulness. Having a sensitive respiratory system, I felt ill the day we departed and other family members reported sinus issues and allergy flare ups. Something should be done about the smoke contaminating the house and potential guests with sinus, respiratory, or allergy issues should be warned they are at risk from smoke inhalation. Smelly laundry and belongings should also be expected.

"Snow Glove" Vacation | |
Perfect experience yet again. We have stayed at the "Treehouse" cabin quite a few times, and it never ceases to be amazing. This particular trip we had the pleasure of a few days of snow. It was so beautiful being up here while it was snowing. It was like living in a snow globe for the five days of our stay, or stepping into a Hallmark Christmas movie. The joy of building a snowman for the first time, warming up by the fireplace, our dog's first time in the snow and the sheer happiness it brought to her as well. We had all that we needed and wanted here. Pamela checked in on us and asked if we needed anything. We always felt safe and warm. It was fun watching, and hearing the wild turkeys march through the property. The best sound is still the stream that runs through the property, so soothing, and getting into the hot tub when it finally stopped snowing. Best vacation ever! We will always come back to this magical place.

The Treehouse cabin is the perfect getaway. The lights and heat were on, along with music playing from each TV. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. The kitchen had all the necessities needed for cooking. We loved the added touches of multiple towels for the bathroom, and extra towels and robes for the Hot Tub. There’s even a fun ladder going from the main floor to the bottom floor. This was our favorite Airbnb so far. Beautiful house in a beautiful location. Could not have asked for a better stay. We will be back again for sure! ♥️

Great place. Lots of little things that are great like free toothbrushes. Only possible issue is that accessibility isn't the greater. The road to the place was really icy and a bit hilly. Also, the staircase outside the cabin gets very icy during the winter. We had trouble getting out with our car and 2 people in my group fell. So if you have a car that's not suited for icy roads or members who wouldn't deal well with possible slipping it'd be something to keep in mind during winter.

The Treehouse on the Stream was excellent and Pamela was probably the best host we've had with any of our stays on AirBnB. Communication was great both before and during our stay. The house was perfectly located with plenty of space and had all the personal touches and charm my wife and I had hoped for. It is well maintained and has all the amenities needed but still has that rustic feel. And being right on the stream where we could enjoy our coffee in the morning was perfect. We enjoyed it so much we are already planning to return in the Spring. The treehouse as well as the hosts are highly recommended !!!

Magical! Pam does a fantastic job communicating, and the Treehouse is so well thought out, anything you might forget, or want to do, she’s already thought ahead! The cabin itself is just as beautiful as in the pictures. Wonderful hikes nearby with Stewart Falls, or just meandering on the property is a sight to see in itself. You won’t tire of the babbling creek and may even spot some wildlife! This cabin is really great for groups, having the separate basement is a nice touch!

Wonderful Cabin near Sundance for a Family getaway
We loved our stay at the Treehouse on the Stream Cabin! It was a perfect getaway for our family of 8. There were comfortable beds and plenty of room for our family. The kitchen and dinning room was big enough for us to gather around and play games and eat. I loved that there was a separate living space from the upstairs and the downstairs. We could get away and have a little privacy in our own space downstairs. The location is beautiful and a perfect location close to Sundance. Pamela was a wonderful host! She had the cabin all ready for when we arrived with the lights on and everything ready for us to feel at home and cozy when we arrived. She was friendly in her responses and was very accommodating. If we had a question, she responded fairly quickly and was wanting to get feedback on how to improve our stay. We would book this place again in a heartbeat!

Above and beyond all expectations!
Our stay at the treehouse on the stream could not have been better, and we could not have asked for a more kind, friendly and accommodating host. The home was clean, cozy, charmingly decorated, and very well stocked (plenty of everything). My grandaughters absolutely loved the hot tub on the back deck, and the tree swings and treehouse below. The stream out back was absolutely enchanting , and during such hard times as 2020 has been, it was such a soul soother. If your in need of some genuine relaxation and fun filled time with your family. This is the place for you. There are so many games, and activities, at the common area next to the property. (Horse shoes, corn hole, racquetball, and many many more) The fun never stops at the treehouse!!
