The house is conveniently located less than 12 min drive to Juno Beach Park (free parking, restrooms, showers, picnic area), Roger Dean Stadium, FITTEAM Ballpark & Paley Institute. It is also only 15 mins from downtown West Palm Beach and 12 miles from West Palm Beach Airport. The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly, consists mostly of single family houses. The nearby Downtown shops and restaurants are wonderful. Complimentary valet parking during the week, beautiful shops, a lot of restaurants, lots of parking spaces, nighttime entertainment, nice movie theatre, carousel and train rides for kids, and a big Whole Foods. The sliding doors off the living room open directly onto the screened patio, inviting pool and deck area. The kitchen has been completely updated with stainless steel quality appliances. The large countertop/bar with its stylish high stools is a focal point for the whole family.

The master bedroom is furnished with a King size bed and a spacious closet. The modern bathroom has a sink and a shower stall. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom have both queen size beds.

Villa Paradiso offers you a variety of outdoor experiences…from al fresco pool-side dining to immersing yourself in a lush tropical garden. The pool is ideally situated on the south-facing side of Villa Paradiso with just enough shade from the umbrellas to take a break from the sun when you want to. The large deck and a patio surrounding the large pool has a dining table at one end with comfortable seating for 6 and 6 lounge chairs on the pool deck as well as a gas grill for all your cooking needs. Even on rainy days you can sit outside on the love seat under the covered screened patio and enjoy the yard.

Separate from the main house the property also features a small newly remodeled studio apartment, that’s also listed and available for rent, with a modern bathroom and a private entrance. Studio apartment does not have access to the main house, the backyard or the pool.

Barbeque Gas Grill
The property has a gas grill for guest use. Grill will be used at your own risk. The grill must be cleaned after every use and before check out. Should the grill be in unsatisfactory condition upon checkout, a $100 cleaning charge will be deducted from the deposit.
