Serenity at Dune Allen subdivision is North of HWY 30A immediately across from a beach access and behind the famous Stinky's Fish Camp Restaurant. The subdivision is a combination of a full-time resident along with a few short-term rentals and is surrounded by trees which adds to the serenity of the neighborhood. Once in the subdivision, you'll travel across the charming cobblestone streets to the courtyard in the back where you will find Serenity Now Beach House.
While the west end of 30A is more relaxed and less crowded than the east end, there are still plenty of things to do and conveniences only minutes away. Walmart is 3 miles away and Grand Boulevard is only 5 miles away with its numerous shopping and dining options as well as a large movie theater and Publix grocery store. Miniature golf, laser tag, and other activities are all within a short 15 minute drive. And of course Destin is 15 miles to the west and Panama City Beach is 25 miles to the east - both of which have even more activities, shopping and dining options.
The first floor of this newly constructed, 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home features the master bedroom with king-sized bed and large closet. The en-suite bath has dual-sinks with granite countertop and a beautifully tiled shower with overhead, rain shower fixture which can all be seen through the sleek, glass door. Around the corner is the fully-stocked kitchen which boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and solid wood cabinets with fully-extendable, soft-close drawers. The center island seats 3 and houses the gas stove with the built-in microwave and oven conveniently nearby. The solid wood dining table rests in the middle of the bay window and is set to seat 6, however it has a hide-a-way leaf inside to allow for even more seating. The open-concept living room provides comfortable conversational seating with a large sofa and upholstered chairs as well as two large ottomans and a desk for the occasional times when work might need a little attention. Under the television, another expandable table is available for more dining seating if needed. Off the living room is another spot to experience the peaceful surroundings under the covered porch in the wooden Adorandack rockers. A 1/2 bath and laundry room with high efficiency washer and dryer finish out the main floor. The second floor offers 3 additional guest bedrooms, two of which have king beds and large closets along with a shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The last bedroom has a twin over queen bunk bed with twin trundle and large walk-in closet, and there is another full bath in the hall. Both bathrooms have granite countertops and solid wood cabinets with plenty of storage. Rounding out the second floor is a large bonus room with a pull-out queen sofa, 65” screen TV, and game table. Dominoes, dice, cards and other games are ready for competition or bring your own for game nites. Chalk boards are handy for keeping score. There are also several upholstered chairs and parsons chairs providing plenty of comfortable seating for movie nights as well as a wooden countertop with 3 barstools, microwave and coffeepot. From the bonus room, step out onto the 2nd floor covered balcony for yet another tranquil spot to sit and enjoy the outdoors. There are 2 parking spots for use in the driveway of this home. Please note, there is NO STREET PARKING ALLOWED in this nieghborhood.

There are two public beach accesses nearby. The brand new access just opposite of Woodward Drive is only 0.4 miles from the house and Dune Allen Beach is only 0.6 miles away. Both have ample parking and if you choose Dune Allen there, is a convenient walking/bike path.
